I strongly suggest you invest in a VIP membership and get the chance to read the details in the reviews.  In addition, with VIP you can search for providers that fit the profile you are looking for.  Write reviews when you see someone and that will add to your VIP days.  
   
 I have found TER VIP to be an invaluable resource.  It has allowed me to make better choices and has likely saved me far more than it ever cost.  
   
 Also, I think there was a thread on her recently so search this board and there may be some further information.   I wanted to take the plunge but the reviews pulled me back.
