I'm not an expert on being post op, yet... but I know a number of post op girls, so perhaps this will help.
Whether a post op experience matches the "real thing" or not is often a result of the surgeon and the type of surgery and follow up care by the patient.
I know post op girls who have very soft and moist vaginas. But I think a lot has to do with the length of time a girl is post op and how she "maintains" things with estrogen creams, etc. and whether they orgasm and release prostate fluid or not.
I have a TS GF who lactates milk from her boobies. She's featured in our new video about to release if Jessica ever finishes editing it! (And our next video will feature Miss Jessica chained to her computer when mean Mistress Jamie catches her playing video games instead of working. giggle)
Many girls from both a surgeon and cost standpoint elect to have what is called a penile inversion sex change which is what it says, the surgeon inverts the penis, creates a cavity and relocates the uretha.
There is a more expensive and invasive SRS surgery, called a "Colon Vaginoplasty" where in addition to the inversion a gastric surgeon transplants a section of the colon/intestine into the vaginal canal.
This provides for natural lubrication of the new vagina and if the external technique is good you will not be able to tell the difference between it and an original vagina as to feel and lubrication.
But few working girls elect for this as it costs about double the basic type and is far more invasive with the associated recovery time and potential complicatons.
I personally intend to go with the basic inversion surgery, and I would hope the guys I date post op will date me because they want to be with "me" as a person and a nice date, not just because of what is between my legs. Though I hope it will be a hot tight experience! Time will tell.
PS - I'm in no hurry, but if you want to play with my boytoy - don't wait too long!
