If you recall, the suspect of interest, Jesus Catalan was arrested a few months back. Well, I have been checking on him every few months and tonight I thought about checking and his court date is tomorrow. If you locate his information on the Los Angeles County website, he is already in a permanent facility, no bail, no visitors, no release date, and his court date is tomorrow at 8:00 AM in Los Angeles. I hope this guy does NOT get the death sentence and has to rott away in jail for the rest of his life. Paulina was a very innocent and nice person just trying to make it in todays tough world.

I suspect it was continued over, probably at the request of his defense counsel (the unlucky attorney who drew the short straw) because he needs additional time to conjure up a defense that just one person on the jury might find believable. Now THAT is a scary thought!
