So ... is this intentional posting of ads in location groups inconsistent with ad location to drive OnlyFools membership rather than physical action, a malfunction of the website, or brain fog by providers forgetting to update the ad location to be consistent with the group in which it is posted?

The site is being funky recently so maybe they are just having issues. I've seen an uptick in these kinds of things today and yesterday. There might be a malfunction right now

 
Also, the interface on tsescorts might just be bad. I do see women who have ads in one city but when you click the ad it shows a different city in the neighborhood. I think the girls sometimes just screw up and get brain fog.

All three are probably true at the same time.
