That would be great for providers.....if it worked. I just don't see how it could work in reality. Some guy calls you from a payphone....or even his own phone. He seems normal. You tell him to come over. You have no idea he's the just-released Texas Chainsaw guy. Even if you had his LAPD mugshot next to your door.
