Which cities do you think are best for you to live - in terms of work, culture and social life?  Would this be different depending on if you identify as White, Black, Asian ...

It probably depends on what your work, culture and social life is.   Although I believe most big cities are probably going to offer the most opportunities.  Unless you are looking for a city with a large population of a certain race, I don't think it matters.

I agree with Star, but I would say by far the best place to live is San Francisco.  Anyplace else pales by comparison.  But nobody can afford to live there.

Starting with health and social service access.  It's the only place in the nation I am aware of where if you are arrested or in shelter housing they have to house you with the gender you identify as, regardless of genetalia.

In San Diego where we live the police are more progressive than most cities, but still have a long way to grow.  But like SF it is extremely expensive to live here.  Gas is the highest in the  nation and a decent apt. is $1,500-$2,500 a month. (If anyone wants to complain about the high price of hobbying...)  The AVERAGE price of a home in 2005 was over $700,000, anything decent is 1 mil plus.

We do have the best TS bar west of the Mississippi!  (In my opinion) - the "SRO" at 5th and Elm downtown.  Come chat with us and some of the other local girls there on Friday and Saturday nights!

Jessica and I will be here another couple of years while she finishes college so she can support me in my old age... Contributions to the college or boob funds are always apprecaited...
