I have not made it to Dallas yet, so my recommendations are based only on observation. Please remember that this board is all a fantasy anyway…
For some time now I too have been a big fan of Alie’s. Like Carmen, she travels up and down the I35 corridor in Texas quite a bit but our travels have never overlapped. Alie used to carry a lot more photos on her website, but the more recent ones seem to indicate to me that she is only getting better with time. I have her as third tier for a number of very minor reasons but have vacillated back and forth on this ranking quite a bit. There is something about her smile and the twinkle in her eye, oh well, better not get myself started… Related link below is to Alie’s Eros ad and the photo is a old favorite from what is currently available on her website.
As to Cat, she is most definitely a strong second tier. I too find her very compelling, but I eliminated her in my recommendation to you above because of her reputation as a very dominant top. My intuition is that she can accommodate any circumstances but her reviews are pretty consistent on this point. While it could just be the reviewers there are a few too many to simply discount them as a self-selecting bias.
I am glad to hear that you are doing a thorough job of your research. There are no guarantees of a satisfying experience. Nothing can be more constant than YMMV but the odds can certainly be improved, many potential problems eliminated and risks reduced. Please report back and let us now how it goes.

I see no one has jumped in with any recommendations for you so I guess I’ll take the plunge (bad pun I know). I have similar concerns/interests and have had my eye on the Dallas market for some time since you have many good choices there. My recommendations are based on a review of available information and have been ranked into three groups based on a number of personal factors which may not be too far out of line with your criteria. I include several known tops in my own personal ranking but I have eliminated the more dominant ones from the list below based on your comments. Some apparently good choices have also been eliminated because there is too little information available from any source I deem reliable. I also eliminated one lady whose link is down.
