LG, for the last couple of years, I've found it difficult to reach orgasm with a condom on, because of the decreased sensation. This isn't a problem when having sex with my girlfriend (since I don't wear a condom), but with providers, it is. As a result, I usually ask them to finish me off by hand (unless they do BBBJ).

I think my unit might have lost sensitivity due to all of the years of jerking off ;)

It is so refreshing to see that Socrates' adage "gnothi se auton" [know thyself] is still a valid one! Yep, you're right on all counts...except I don't think your unit has become less sensitized due to jerking off. Some have speculated that age is another factor.

We've talked about this in other threads here. Try polyurethane condoms (beware, they can break easier) or Crown thin latex (the boys here seem to like'm) or switch to BBBJTCIM for the home run - or find a provider that totally blows your mind and your load!

I'm in the same exact situation. Plus, I take 50 mg Viagra before seeing my provider. I've heard that Viagra can make orgasm more difficult. Should I "hold out" for a week before seeing her (as the LG suggested in a previous post) instead of my usual two days? God, that hasn't happened since I was 12!

I've had the exact same experience (except I know for sure that it has nothing to with my gorgeous provider). I take 50 mg of Viagra before our sessions, and I have heard reports that Viagra can make achieving orgasm more difficult. I too have had problems reaching climax while under the cover.  When I was younger, my problem was the exact opposite; I basically defined myself as a "two pump chump".  In the last few years, however, I find myself lasting as long as 2-3 hours without losing my erection, but also without coming.

I am under 30, so I don't think age or physical agility is the issue and after reading several different articles on the issue, the only thing that I can reason is that the medication I am on, Paxil (an anti-depressant), is at least partially to blame.  And while it is rather nice to outlast the girl I am with, it is also embarrassing and difficult to explain this to the girl, and I often feel as though she thinks that there is something wrong with her.
