1. I have certainly varied the amount I'll pay.  Usually it's based on the situation more than anything.  For example, when I'm traveling I expect to pay more for what will certainly be a onetime thing, not an ongoing arrangement.  Hotness certainly enters my equation though.  I'll add 50% to my normal if she's really hot and I'm really horny.  But no more than that.  Otherwise you're not using the big head.  When I was just a newb I made the mistake of doubling, even tripling my comfortable amount and regretted it.  Now I'm more confident, and if she won't go for what I consider reasonable I walk away.  There's so many fishies in the sea.

2. I do think SBs lower their price if they really like you.  Obviously some who have GPS will not, so pass on them.  

If there is no "ick" then they are getting paid just to have fun with a guy they like anyhow and they are willing to accept less cash. It's the reason I don't negotiate price before meeting whenever possible. I KNOW I look better than my pics and while I am hardly blessed with George Clooney looks, I can honestly say I can pass for fifteen years younger than my real age. So I know that if I POT SB will agree to even meet me after seeing my pics and reading my profile I know she is going to be happily surprised when I show up looking younger than my pics, not ten years older looking.  

 
BTW this only happens sometimes, I think most SB's have a certain minimum that they actually need which is why they are on the site to begin with, and I have no delusions that I am anywhere near charming or good looking enough to make them forget why they are here, except for the ones who are just here to have fun and pick up some pocket money of course.

 
Now as far as paying a premium for "hotness" yes, I can admit that if I want to fuck a girl that badly, I will pay a premium to fuck her ONCE. My only real limitations are that I will not pay more for an SB than for an equally hot hooker. That would just be dumb. lol
