Been looking through new profiles in my area again. Ok, I am ALWAYS looking through new profiles in my area, but I digress...

So I'm starting to notice an increase of POT's who list multiple locations on their profile.  No scientific data here, just empirical observation.

There are two flavors:  
1. Multiple local areas. This sort of makes sense for some POT's based in large metro areas. Los Angeles county is huge and encompasses dozens of "cities" and neighborhoods. So listing yourself in Los Angeles means you could be anywhere across a 4,750 square mile area.  From Pasadena to Santa Monica, from El Monte to Van Nuys, etc.  So I suppose if a POT wants to attract SD's from a wider area then then say, Sherman Oaks, they may use multiple locations that include Sherman Oaks, Encino, and Burbank.  
2. Out of state or far away locations. This one is different. These are profiles that may list an area near to me, and a location in another state.  Sometimes the POT will add some explanation like "I attend school in Chicago, but I'll be back in LA in March."  Other times they have a less likely rationale, like "My job has me travel between NY, SF and LA."  My Spidey senses tell me these are either hookers who travel (not that there's anything wrong with that...), or possibly cat fishers who use one profile to catch guys from multiple areas. It seems to me that a 20-ish hottie who has a job that keeps them on the road that much will be making decent pay and will have ample opportunities to land a "Whale" Daddy through other means, like clients or high end match-maker services. (i.e.: MYNT).

So, anyone else see this? Any other perspectives?

and my experience with them is that not only are the vast majority of them hookers, but that they want hooker rates to boot. I pretty much ignore most of those profiles unless I am bored and I explore them just so I can answer  board posts about them. lol

 
If I want hookers I can always go to p411, I don't mind semi pros, but I see no sense in entering into a SD/SB type of relationship, but at hooker prices, not when there are so many talented amateurs around.

Yes. I also see just the State listed or a local city or multiple local cities,  but they log into the site from another country.  

Several months ago I DMed a POT on SA who listed 2 cities:  One about 300 miles north of me, one about 60 miles south of me.  She was a lovely 20yo blonde who was starting school up north with family in the other city who she was visiting routinely.  She said she drove through my town every few weeks and would like to meet.  We had a coffee date and hit it off well, then had one BCD date that included probably the best BBBJTCCIMNQNS I've ever had. I hoped to see her again, but she gently informed me she was looking for more $$ than what I was offering.  Still, I have a good feeling about her and hope she found her whale. For all I know she's driving through my town right now!
