Using your alt profile probably gets you the best intel:
If you can find her and view her with your alt, she has probably blocked your primary, but her profile is still active. If you can't find her with your alt, she's either de-activated her profile or been kicked by SA (as a probably scammer).
Is there any way to tell the difference between an SB profile being deactivated vs suspended vs blocked?
I had someone that I was talking with over the last 24 hours exchange messages, no sign of any issues, and then their picture went away. Clicking on it goes to a screen that says "That user's profile can no longer be found. The member might have deactivated their account, been suspended, or blocked you."
Sometimes this happens and the picture goes away, and sometimes it happens but the little profile picture is still in the Messages thread but you get the same screen when you click through, I'm wondering if that's an indicator (i.e. no picture means deactivated vs. picture means I'm blocked but still on the site)?
In both cases, I logged in as someone else and the person was not found in search. But, premium members can opt out of search, so that may not be 100% of a good indication.
