I think that is a mistake to filter. Women who aren't stick thin will sometimes be self-conscious about even the slightest body fat (which is natural in women in general) and mark curvy or a few extra pounds when they have average female bodies (average from an earlier era, not today's average which is creeping toward obesity.)
I just had a session with a 22 year old who put down "curvy." She had a well proportion body but wasn't runway model thin. Yet a two hundred pounder will also put down curvy. It's a bad filter because it depends on their self-image, which can be good or bad.

Yep. I've now navigated a fair number of these conversations, and when you get "I'm worth it" or "I know what I'm worth", or anything like that, just walk. A polite response is what you want, because occasionally, after the world educates them, some will come back, especially if you were the non-asshole SD who simply wished her well and then waited patiently.
