You are assuming that lots of negotiating is required to get a SB to agree on a price we'd consider a bargain.  And that bargain priced SBs are necessarily going to be lower in quality.  But neither of those assumptions are true.   First of all, I see zero correlation between quality and price in the Sugar Bowl.  It is a valid correlation with escorts sometimes, but not in the Bowl. You asked us an "either or" type of question and the three of us ALL rejected your premise that you can either find "value" or "quality" but not both.

 
In some markets. SWFL might be one, I know NYC would be another, $350 to meet a hottie for a few hours would indeed be quite the bargain.
