Have you guys been experiencing the same frustrating problems with SA's search engine recently?  They made a change from displaying search results the old way, pagination, to the new way, continuous scroll. It doesn't work right! And I've tried it on my PC at home as well as my iPad. Here's an example of what's happening.  I entered search parameters.  I got the results displayed.  I sorted by newest profile and started scrolling down the page of thumbnails.  Every so often I would click a profile to learn more about that member, then hit the return button to go back to the search results screen and continue scrolling.  Nearly every time I started scrolling again the screen would "jump" on me.  For example, I had been looking at profiles of members who joined one month ago and suddenly after the unwanted jump I'm looking at profiles of members who joined 4 months ago!  Crap!  So I scroll to the top, click on display previous, scroll to the top again and click on display previous, and after 3 or 4 such maneuvers I am finally back to the spot in my search results where I wanted to be.  This is so frustrating!  I have contacted SA tech support and they are always very polite and tell me that their team has corrected the problem and it should be fine now.  Except it's just the same.  If you all are having the same problem maybe if we all complain to them they will fix the bugs.  Actually I'd prefer if they went back to the old pagination display

and yes, I too have reported it. I hope they fix it soon, and I also wish they would go back to the old "pagination" method. It was much easer to sort profiles that way.

Some members show up more than once as you are doing the continuous scroll downward plus once in a while the same member shows "online" whereas once you scroll down a bit more the same member shows as offline as a hour+ ago! Sometimes also the search comes up with offline members first before it shows the online members! Needless to say that I search based on who's online!  

Press the Ctrl key and click, right-click and choose open in new tab, or use the scroll wheel click. I find it a lot easier to open the profiles in a separate tab then leaving the search page.

Can someone say what this is all about...?

Thanks so much!  This tip is very useful and causes the search to work much better.  Is there a way to use this technique when I'm on SA on my iPad? There's no scroll wheel or Ctrl/right click available.
