You should be looking to pay average market rate for dates in your area. It doesn't seem that your lowballing strategy is yielding much success. From your reviews, I can see that you've seen some 4-500 per hour pros. You probably don't need to spend that much per date, but clearly 200 ain't working for you. Try offering in the 3-400 range and see if you have better success. Negotiate 2 hours min BCD for between 3-400 so that you will be getting more for your money that way. I think you are coming across to these girls as a cheapskate and it is turning them off. They are looking for guys who are gentlemen and successful. If you can't portray that image via either your manners or you your wallet (or both) you are likely to continue to be frustrated. You do get what you pay for in this game. Good luck.

Until recently I lived in some great towns for pussy, Atlanta and Dallas and as such I got used to the prices in those two towns. If I lived in NYC or LA I would have to get used to the prevailing rates and undoubtedly I would be paying them.  

LEN and I "want" to pay the same rates, where we differ is that, mainly due to location I am sure, he is trying to pay considerably less than the going rate and is encountering a LOT of resistance. I don't try to pay less than the going rate, I am just lucky that rates in my area are what they are.

It seems like a LOT of POT SB's are blocking him. That is a sign he is most definitely doing something wrong.
