I've been urging SA to create a meaningful age verification system for some time, especially after a few scares and scams about underage girls on the site.  They've finally done it! My favorite 20 yo SB who could actually pass for 15 without hardly trying texted me this morning to say she received a message from SA saying her profile was temporarily suspended until she sends a photo ID to prove her age with a picture that clearly show it's the same person as on her profile. She sent a screen shot of the Age Verification notice too.  She and I both agree it's about time they made a meaningful attempt to get underage girls off the site.  

I too have been contacted by a few underage girls, and I had some rather harsh words for them. While I sympathize with the hard financial situations some of them have found themselves in, they need to realize a man could go to PRISON for decades if he ever were to have been found sleeping with an underage girl.  

when I first used SA, and frankly, was the reason I drifted away.  I found my current SB on my own, but with this policy, I may spend a little time back on their site looking for the next one.  This policy should also make them a low priority for any SESTA investigations.  I believe the Feds are still most interested in trafficking and that adult P4P is a low priority unless it causes a public nuisance.  Accordingly, my SB and I have stopped having sex on the balcony of her apartment where other neighbors can see us.    

So the age verification only caused her profile to be missing for about 3 days total, not a very big deal. My 24 yo SB wondered why she has not been asked for age verification when I talked to her about it.  Honestly I think they must be starting out verifying those who either look really young or who may have been reported previously.  I think the only fair way for them to administer this new policy is to eventually ask everyone for age verification, regardless of their looks.  Kinda the same way some venues card everyone, even old people, before you can enter. Then there's no discrimination implied.  You want in, you get carded.  Simple.

You might feel uncomfortable asking proof of age, but your ass in the slammer for "trafficking" is going to feel a lot more uncomfortable.

it's for our mutual benefit and safety. I tell the girls they have a right to know who they are dating and that I am who I say I am.  In addition, I invite them to take a pic of my ID and send it to a trusted friend.  Plus I need to be certain they are over 18 and if they feel uncomfortable revealing their actual name and address it's ok to cover them.  I just need to see their photo and that 18+ date of birth.  the SBs always compliment me on being safety conscious.

Actually I re-thought matters and just asked for her DL.  Surprisingly, she was quite proud to show me she had just  turned 18 this month!  For an eighteen yo she is so mature and detailed - maybe more than me  HaHaHa. The BCD time was equally surprising in that I never heard a girl scream so loud...over and over again...well you get the picture. Told her the only downside is that we will be doing Airbnb as hotels are definitely out of the question.  I've got some BCD time scheduled for another 18 yo later this week - it's like trying to eat one potato chip and stopping!

and I don't even bother trying to "eat just one" whether we are talking potato chips or young SB's. What's the point in attempting what you already know is impossible? lol

Regarding the hotel room: somehow I just imagine someone from security coming by and asking what the problem seems to be and then have him wondering if she really is 18 (she doesn't look it).  It would embarrass the crap out of me and of course, assuming Mr. Security didn't ask LE to check by later.

As long as she really is "of age" I couldn't care less about hotel security, I doubt you will be the first room with a "screamer" that security has ever seen. lol
