I have a neurological issue that causes me to be far less sensitive than normal. I can go on and on and have a hard time cumming. I don't cum at all perhaps 20% of the time. It seems that I loose sensitivity progressively after achieving an erection. Is there a product or strategy that works to increase the sensitivity? I do not take any ED or BP drugs.

Thanks -

Dear havingagoodday,

Supposedly there are some Chinese herbals that claim to increase all sorts of sensitivities. I tend not to recommend things I know nothing about. In addition, someone with a neurological issue should probably watch out for side effects and not just try whatever preparations are out there.

If I were you, I'd get an appointment with the physician who is treating you. S/he can recommend approved strategies. If you don't lose erection but only sensitivity, ED drugs may not be for you.

Please see your physician and discuss this with him/her in detail - that's what you're paying for.

Not as simple as it sounds,

Hi all,
I'm new to this site/board,but,had to register because of this question.I,too, have a very hard time gettin' off.I can last all night(4-7 hours),many times too long before the significant other has had enough.I too was in a bad car accident, crushing 2 lumbar discs..between 3-4-5..I have sciatica pain in both of my legs all the time. This is the first time I've ever heard that a spinal injury could possibly be causing this problem.Am I reading this correctly?
Maybe there is an answer after all?

thx,lookin' forward to bein' aboard

Yes, dear lostseaturtle,

A spinal injury could be causing this problem. Please do not have fears discussing your sexual issues IN DETAIL with your physician. If s/he has no answers - request a referral to someone better/higher up.

You shouldn't have to suffer,

Something I came to realize about getting to orgasm is that intensity of sensation isn't all there is to it. There is also how broad and far-reaching the sensation is. The red "rim" of the glans of "head" has the intensity, but can be overloaded with sensation after a while and become disconnected sexually. Meanwhile, the skin behind it, ragged-textured from circumcision, seems to have a lot of nerve endings in it that register pleasure and affection. It's most effectively stimulated right at entry.
