I keep getting notifications of a message and nothing is there. A couple other quirks as well. Anyone notice?

Before I got kicked off I would see false heart flags for messages, views, or favorited.  They tend to self-cure after a day or two.

My impression is that the programmers at SA are constantly fucking with it.  They are all making these little tweaks to the website to "improve it" but they don't communicate with each other and they certainly don't test properly before putting changes into production.  The result is a fairly constant stream of little screwy problems that sometime go unnoticed unless you or I bring it to their attention.  To give credit where it's due though, the SA staff is quite responsive, especially if you point out a genuine glitch they were unaware of.
