My problem is that I can get up and everything is fine for the first round other than I end too quickly. Within 5 minutes I'd say. I am really hot to go mentally and that's why it comes pretty quickly (pun intended I suppose). About an hour later (I always to at least a 2 hour appt) I jump right up hard as a rock. Within a few minutes, no matter how good or hot things are, I start to go limp. I just can't seem to feel that much with any kind of cover on. 100mg is an awful lot of Viagra for a guy who is otherwise "healthy".  I'm in my 50's with all kinds of medical issues and I only need 50mg to get and stay hard.  Viagra can retard your sensitivity and this can effect your erection especially with a condom on.

I'm 55 and I've found that 25-50 mg is plenty and even then it's problematic in a second round. A little reduced sensitivity, condoms coupled with a little performance anxiety and voila, say hello to Mr Limp-it.

Yup, lower dose of the V. 25 mg works great for me and doesn't decrease sensativity that much.

No - it's not just you. It's also a bazillion guys in their 40s who assume that they can just go on as if they were in their 20s, aided by Viagra, Cialis and other ED medications that are supposed to solve all these issues.

Guess what - your age is definitely working against you. So is the smoking - I can't believe these doc's haven't told you that. 6ft and 200 lbs - that's a little too-too, unless you're one hunk of solid muscle. 24% body fat isn't exactly zero - it's considered overweight once you're past the 22% mark in your age category.

My recommendation is to STOP SMOKING IMMEDIATELY. You are strangling the blood flow to your heart AND to your penis, Viagra or not. In addition, drop at least 10 lbs by engaging in some serious cross-training at least 4x weekly. The T levels are within range, but then again, everyone reacts differently.

If you can't "feel that much with any kind of cover on," try to switch to a female condom. Purchase a pack or two for the provider and have her wear it to see if it makes any difference. But the biggest thing will be quitting smoking AND reducing the expectations to perform like someone in his 20s. Refractory periods increase with age and you may now need more time to recharge. Add to this the smoking and the extra 10 lbs - these are the results.

Finally, I don't think reducing masturbation will make a difference in your case. After all, you ejaculate just fine the first time around.
