LG, we recently had a conversation about my hesitancy to make the pludge into hobbying because of my long standing marriage to the only woman I had ever been with.  You recommended that I read a particular book and then you basically suggested that I go out and get a "good fuck"  Well, I just wanted to report that this same "good fuck" is now actually on the calendars for myself and a wonderfully sensual, highly rated TER provider.  The only negative is that this is just over 3 weeks away.  So give me some sage advice of how to pass the time and to be ready to give my all.  My blood pressure jumped 20 points today when I got my "approval" email. I wouldn't have been more excited had I won the lottery.

Congratulations and see the thread right below yours,

Some kernels of the advice therein would also apply to your situation - i.e. do not overhype things or place unrealistic expectations upon this encounter, lest you should "lock up and lock down."

Yes, I fully understand - this is going to be like losing your virginity all over again, except this time it's with a woman who is certified at rocking many men's worlds [and penises, LOL]. Still, try to relax and take it for what it is...a pleasant, sexual encounter. Try to take your time and don't worry so much about spraying the walls with the fruits of your labor. Be a little slooooow and languid in your body language. Remember, you can always speed up things once you're back in the proverbial saddle again.

One last thing though - this provider may be superhot, but remember that no one is irreplaceable. My advice is to try matters with at least a few people, in order to really get the full benefit of going to "Sex Skool" and to expand your sexual repertoire.

Have fun, really,
The Love Goddess

LG, now a medical question of sorts.  I have a script for Xanax.  What that help or hurt in some ways I am not sure of?  I take 2.5mg when I need them, which isn't often

Dear jon54,

PLEASE do not take Xanax prior to your appointment. Xanax is a short-acting benzodiazepine used to treat moderate anxiety and panic attacks. Drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue, impaired coordination and vertigo are very common effects. N.b. that these are often desired effects, as they serve to tranquilize the person - hardly what you want to do when you want to fire on all cylinders.

Actually, you probably take .25 mg, not 2.5 mg. The highest dosage strength available in one pill is 2.0 mgs and that's truly for severe cases. Still, do NOT take Xanax before trying to engage in satisfying sex. In addition, you are not to drive while under the influence of these drugs.

Finally, like many other short-acting benzodiazepines, Xanax have a high potential for abuse and dependence. If you are the least bit prone to any kind of addiction, I wouldn't advise popping them, even if it's not too frequent.

No Xanax for this one, please,
The Love Goddess

can be a wonderful thing, as long as it doesn't turn into anxiety. I tend to plan my playtime pretty far in advance, and found myself getting anxious. I learned to relax, and enjoy the anticipation, letting my imagination roam free. My dates are much better now.
