I'm currently on 150mg/day....Effexor...it's causing semi-erections.....and delayed orgasms.....but works great for depression!....Has anyone out there(that's been on Effexor)....found a med that work's just as well(for depression).....and allows for normal erections and orgasms?.............Thank You.

You will need to pay a visit to the physician who prescribes your medication. No one - I repeat NO ONE on this forum - can tell you what you should be taking or give you any advice in the matter.

Depression is a serious clinical disorder and should be exclusively managed by the patient and his/her psychiatrist. That being said, all antidepressants have an effect on sexual feelings, actions, behavior, etc. Of the long list, Wellbutrin has sometimes been prescribed to deal with anorgasmia, although from a clinical experience, I can state that this medication does not always work in this manner.

Please do not take any advice from a non-medical professional - and that includes yours truly as well.

I am actually on both Effexor and Wellbutrin - the effexor made me so laid back that the wellbutrin actuall gets me up and going.  With the effexor, when I first started taking it about a year ago it made me hard as a rock and horny as hell!  Now though I am finding the same problem - only half hearted erections.  The upside it that it still causes me to last forever!
