LG,

What does not watching porn, etc., for thirty days actually do? Is it supposed to recharge the battery, if you will, make things new and fresh again? Can you expound on the benefits?

Dear TrainConductor,

There is no specific benefit in simply ceasing to watch pornography if all other aspects of your sexual capacity remain constant. This simply means that if you are in control of your ejaculations, if your orgasmic frequency is where you want it, and if you don't have sexual "performance issues," then you can do whatever you want, be it watch porn, masturbate as much as you can and in general enjoy your sexuality.

The point is that some men have Retarded Ejaculation, Anorgasmia, Situational Erectile Dysfunction, etc., some of which is brought on by an "atypical arousal and masturbatory pattern," often caused by porn-watching and frequent masturbating, often to the point of freezing up when confronted with a live female. For those men, avoiding artificial and self-induced stimuli, i.e. the "no mas masturbation" plan for a prescribed number of days (30, 45, or 60), becomes a simple but effective solution to the conditions listed above.

Hence, I recommend ceasing porn and all artificial or self-induced stimuli, in favor of having intercourse with live females as often as possible. That is what men were genetically predisposed to do (the same applies to gay men). Once they are back in the genetic imperative saddle again, porn and masturbation can return in limited quantities.

Happiness is usually a warm gun (vagina, really),

I don't watch porn or haven't in twenty years ..I am way over 40 and I come quicker than I want almost all the time, even if I have sex  seven days in a row...
After reading your post I was thinking of buying some porn movies but then I figured I
might have a heart attack during sex..
I keep thinking about, "for every action there is a oppposite reaction",
