Sounds like you dodged a bullet there!  I've dated several SBs who had BFs.  But they either were NOT telling the BFs about their sugar dating, or else they were in an established poly/ENM relationship and the BF was cool with it.  In any case, they never offered to host, and if they had, I would have declined.  Just too weird.  I have had SBs host at her place.  But I always ask what the living arrangement is, if there are roommates.  The most comfortable arrangement I had where she hosted was a single mom who scheduled our dates when her kiddo was in school.  So no worries, and no unexpected BFs showing up!

My number 1 SB has a live in bf, plus they both live with her parents, and she had a baby this past January.  Her mom knows about her activities but the bf doesn’t.  I go see her in the mornings when he and the parents are at work. I’ve even hooked her up with a friend of mine. I just hope the family doesn’t come home early or the neighbors share the ring camera footage.

That is an understatement.  Let me get this straight.  The SB and bf live with the SB parents the mother knows but the bf doesn't.  What happens when the mom or maybe the dad gets pissed off at the bf and tells the bf - your gf is fucking a stranger for money.  I hope our colleague is well-armed.  I have seen many woman in my lifetime, some great relationships, some good ones and some I would rather forgot.  But, that is a relationship I would never enter into.
