Anybody with some perspective on pricing/dos and don’ts for the Boston market?  So far I’m not seeing the advantage over the pros at least from a pricing perspective.  Any negotiation tips?

I can't give you any advice but just keep plugging along until you find some SB that will take your offer.

You are in a big city, the girls all think they are going to get thousands of dollars doing this from what they have read.
Lots of them have GPS...

Mosst ask for north of 500, but take 300-250,  repeats knock 50 bucks off. The two ive found in my town were 150 as they did not have to drive.
