Because i'm a boob man and somewhat a professional (don't ask) i'd probably go way into detail with your friend. FOr you, either way tell her she's perfect... especially if you want a shot at the prize one day lol.

Had this gal pal (no longer with us in this life) who over the course of our friendship (which started as escort/client but quickly evolved away from that to being just really close platonic pals) ran her tally to 5 boob jobs.  When I first met her she was natural, but had the scars to prove she'd previously been enhanced and had them removed.  What she had was pretty darn nice I thought, but as the years went by, she talked more and more about getting implants again.  Funding was not an issue, as her sugar arrangement with another man could support whatever she wished to do.  So she shopped and found the best surgeon, and did it.  Christ, she looked incredible, but wasn't satisfied, and had them redone.  Still not satisfied she repeated the process two more times.  Each iteration was amazing, but still not to her liking.  
 
I think that having a positive body image is something that many woman struggle with.  I also think that the only advice that a woman will listen to is that which supports her point of view of needing breast enhancement.  We guys are never gonna figure it out, how a woman can be so unhappy with what nature gave her, but that's just the way it is, and trying to talk her out of breast enhancement is a debate we'll likely loose every single time.

But, I'm more into quality than quantity.  My local ATF has B cups, but are perfect shape and texture/feel.  When she talks about enhancement, I tell her "Anything more than a mouthful is wasted."  I have also spent time with implants which look and feel entirely natural - and then I guess bigger is better as long it doesn't get excessive.  I even like boobs that are imperfect - I'm a bOOb man.  However, the chemistry and kissing/sexual technique/skills far outweigh appearance.
In the lady friend's case, she needs to evaluate "WHY" she is asking the question, and then decide based on her answer to that.  Just my 2 cents worth.

I guess most guys who identify as being a boob man are saying bigger is better.  But I've never felt that way./  In fact, I generally find big, bouncy boobs a turn off.  I LOVE the smallish, size B or smaller titties.  Th e little ones that make a girl seem younger to me.  that's what turns me on and the idea that a woman would have such amazing sexy tits and not like them or want to change them is appalling to me!  I think the idea that most guys like bigger boobs and are truly disappointed by small ones is incorrect.
