I am now estimating that eliminates about half of the POTs!
I have had numerous girls message me and ask exactly how large/numerous their tattoos would have to be in order to pass my filter - LOL
Haven't done any serious research, but can't believe half of the women in the US between 20-36 (my search criteria) have major inking - think it's a reflection of the ones that gravitate to SA.

Unless the tattoo is on her arm. I am even OK with a huge one covering her entire back. A tattoo on the arm just remind me of a truck driver. Apparently, most of them also shave their pussies. I think "well" is the correct choice over good because it is describing how you do something, rather than what you are doing.

I am not a fan of:  
-Tats:  few smaller ones are ok. Full sleeves, giant back or front torso, or large leg tats just turn me off.  
-Pierced nipples, belly rings, noses and especially pierced clits. I do not want to encounter any metal with my mouth or dick.
-Enhanced boobs, especially on petite women. I have yet to see one who didn't needlessly go up to a D or DD from an A or B. Not needed.  
- Partially shaved heads.  
- Overly hairy pussies. Shaved is preferred, trimmed is ok. Giant ferns are not.

Having said that, I will NEVER filter these out or put a disclaimer in my profile against these.  There are always exceptions due to other factors like personalities, over all looks/hotness/beauty and possibly economic aspects. Also, I just don't want anything in my profile that indicates negative criteria.
