of this:

"I really like you and enjoy your company that's why I want to hang out with you.  Please understand due to personal reasons I have to see you on the clock for now; maybe that can change in the future.  You've been a great friend and I hope to become better friends."

Thanks,

and doesn't require much in the way of interpretation.  Keeping you "on the clock" for now means that while she likes you, she's not ready to let you get closer to her.

If you're interested in pursuing a "relationship" with a provider, keep a few things in mind:

1.  This is her business; you're not going to "save" her from it.  You have to be prepared to accept her and respect her for who she is and what she does.
2.  Money will never be completely out of the picture.  Expect to continue giving her money one way or another.
3.  Don't push it.  It's her prerogative to decide to come to you.

In the last analysis, just enjoy her company and let it move forward at its own pace.

No problem, leonardo07,

It's very clear to me, no interpretation needed. It seems a very honest and sincere paragraph.

Nothing more, nothing less,

Excuse me but I've been dropped kicked more times than a football, and the sense of deja vu I get from this is palpable.

This sentence is a riddle wrapped in a conundrum and surrounded  by an enigma.

It could mean anything from what it purports to mean to some way of letting you down gently without hurting your feelings.

In truth, the person who wrote it is probably not even sure.  As you once pointed out so well LG:  La Donna e mobile....(Women are fickle...)

I do know one thing though:  I you pursue this person towards anything more than a professional client/provider relationship, you are in for a bumpy ride.

It may be worth it, but that's for you to decide.

Was it something she said after you suggested seeing her for an of-the-clock date or was it an unsolicited comment that she made during the course of an appointment?

Exuse me..but it sounds to me like she is saying, "I like you too, but not THAT much!"

This means "I like you enough to keep sleeping with you and taking your money". Nothing more. Absolutely nothing more. Understand?

No, you do NOT want to date a provider.
