Thanks, LG.  I ran a little experiment the last two weeks.  Staid celibate for 12 days.  Didn't beat off for nearly two weeks, and just this afternoon had a really great session with a fine provider.  Things moved fairly quickly but took plenty of time with girlfriend DFK and some CBJ but had no problem with insertion and climax.  Staid hard in her for a while and came back hard again later. Not bad for 61.  I  was climbing the walls the last couple of days but it was worth it.  Enjoyed it immensely.  What other insights do you have?
