morganmillions27 hoe refers to a certain mentality and people passing judgment on the way she acts or does things.  So I don't agree with that saying or people putting labels on providers or woman period.  

Sometimes people forget we are all humans first and even in this hobby, you can find some really great friendships.

The linked artcle is interesting but frankly off base by my observation.  My Ex was a tramp...  a bar fly...   she (apparently married me to solve a finincial problem).  When the money ran out, she was gone....  until then she played me, gave just enough sex to keep me paying her bills.  The whole marriage was a lie on her part.  More of a HOE than a provider.

Frankly, I find working providers to be more honest about the sex for cash.   I think that former providers can fall in love.  To retire from the business...  she is putting love ahead of her finincial gain...  unless you're a millionaire!  IMHO, There are plenty of Trophy Wives who are more HOES than working providers

Why hate on women who are doing exactly what a hooker here does but for one guy? It's not like he is not aware of the situation. The guys know the only way to get said trophy is to rent/buy it? Or are all these guys so pathetic they have no idea? In that case, they are just as much to blame.

I have heard of several such marriages.  And I wish everyone of them the best.  Because I can only image that it must be difficult for both partners for her to be an active professional.  It goes against everything that society and religion has taught us about marriage.

With that being said, I think that anyone who goes into this hobby with the hope of finding a marriage partner is an idiot.  It has to be understood that first and foremost this is a business transaction......  services/time being provided for a fee that both parties agree on..   If something more develops over time, well best wishes to them.....  I think the chances are better at winning the lottery.

To me this OP is a dumb question but it you were trying to ask and intelligent question which would dig a bit deeper: What is life like after providing is over? That is a question I find intriguing.

But where does anyone go? Most guys retire or change jobs or quit to move on and it's rarely because they want a relationship with a woman who wasn't in his life up to then. Maybe they want to start a different business or find a career in whatever field they studied while they worked their way through college.

When we are visiting TER, we are spending time focused on the hobby. And it might seem like that's the most important thing in our lives, but we all have other concerns that we spend a lot of time thinking about.

The question of whether or not it's a smart move for the guy differs as it involves feelings of possessiveness. Some men find out they aren't as liberal and ready for an open marriage or a marriage to someone who they know would have no torment deciding to sleep with someone else. And the question of whether the woman is working you or enjoying you can rear its ugly head no matter how well the honeymoon goes. So it can be like having two strikes and no balls if you really care about providing as good a life as possible for a beautiful girl of 40-45 or any age. It seems it could more easily lead to unhappiness than it could result in a happy life.

For me, I think it would be a bad idea. But others might have no trouble with it at all.
