Looking for advice on how to approach SBs while traveling. I can see being rejected quite a lot with that approach, yet those who are pros or semi pros likely would have no issue. But I'm most interested in those who at least put on the air of amateurism. But given SA's hypersensitivities to pay for play and its close monitoring of communications, I can see language being a tricky game in correspondence on site. That in mind, getting banned might be pretty easy, so language is a fine line. Thoughts on how to best approach?

Don't tell them you're just visiting.
You're moving to the area permanently, soooooon.
Your new job assignment will bring you to town often.

The problem with lying is that it takes way too much work to maintain the lie. Especially if you tell different lies to each POT.  You have to remember way too many details of shit that never happened and never will happen. You will eventually get busted over something that (probably) doesn't really matter to the POT anyway.

But you can stretch the truth a bit to make you a more acceptable POT SD in her eyes. I previously posted about this in a question specifically about visiting Las Vegas but the post applies to visiting any city. Look it up for that info.

What do I mean by stretching the truth?  The truth is you are just there for some work assignment. The stretch is that you expect to be sent back to that city often, maybe twice a month or more. It would be really wonderful if you could count on meeting a special friend whenever you will be in town.

The pros will not care and you can move on to negotiating BCD.
The semi-pros will see an easy, safe recurring regular and you can move on to negotiating BCD.
The non-pros will see a perfect POT SD who will provide regular sugar, nice dinners, shopping but will be less of a risk of getting clingy or possessive since they live hundreds of miles away.

Collect 3 or 4 POT SB's this way and then consider if you want to schedule your own quarterly (or monthly) 3 day trip to that city just to bang your dick off then go home. Pre-plan air and hotel 60-90 days in advance and you can get some pretty affordable bookings.

As to what details to discuss on SA, the same rules apply as when you look for a local.

I tell all SB's and P4P regulars that I travel a lot on business, so I have preloaded my alibi for taking long periods away from them to see other women.  Very little drama that way.  A couple of months away on business will get them to find another SD, so its a convenient way to end things without any drama as well.  

When I was going to be in New Orleans for a week, I decided to see if it could be almost as easy to set up appointments with SBs as it is with escorts. It is. Here's how I approached it.

Picked 20-ish likely looking SBs, and wrote the same communication to all of them:

"I lived in New Orleans years ago, and I'll be in town for a few days visiting family. I'm interested in an evening out with you, for drinks, dinner and some private fun afterwards. I'm experienced on SA and I understand how this all works. From your profile, I got the impression that this might be of interest to you as well..

If that sounds like a fun, text me at XXXX and we can discuss it."

Or, something like that, only a bit more subtle, and I did include a customization paragraph in each letter, based on something in their profiles.

I eventually sent about 30 messages, got something like 5-6 serious interests, no one got pissed off; the ones who weren't interested just didn't reply.

I did a lot of research on N.O. SB prices and deliberately went over the median, offering $400 for the evening. That's nearly double what I pay at home, but, hey, this was an experiment, and how much is 4-6 hours with an escort? With that price, I had 5 or so SBs who were VERY interested, so I got to pick the ones I liked best.

I had two great evenings in three days (skipped a day in between!)  with two lovely young ladies who I'll never see again. Both hot, 25-ish, charming and great in the sack. As a "control" in this experiment I also booked 90 minutes with a good N.O. escort, which cost me $600. The SBs were at least as good, and the overall experience was better and more fun.

So, I just told the truth and it worked fine.

This is the same approach I use when traveling.  I tell them I'm going to be in town visiting and I was wondering if they would be interested in entertaining an out of town visitor for an evening. Some women really like the idea of fucking a guy they're never going to see again, so why not find those women and be straight with them?  I've had some memorably hot dates that way.  As far as what to say/not to say on SA, I've become very careful in that regard.  I used to have zero reluctance to discuss money quite openly.  Now I prefer to take those negotiations to text or email.  

FYI as an update: I visited LA and Portland and used the straight forward approach. Told them exactly what I was doing and why I was planning a visit...vacation. It worked like a charm. Had several opportunities in both locations for not unreasonable prices. Ended up with two dates in LA and one in Portland. Mixed results in LA: one date was actually a follow up to someone I met two years ago and had a marvelous time with. This time we had a nice dinner where she insisted on the money up front which was a bit disquieting but, I thought i knew her and did it anyway. As we left the restaurant for the hotel she calmly walked the other direction and told me to have a nice evening! A bit stung by that, I seriously thought of cancelling the two other dates but both turned out to be amazing on all counts. Beautiful, great people, great times, weeks later still stay in touch with both and one sends me clips of her own encounters! The irony is the one I felt most comfortable with was the one who ripped me off. Never let your guard down. But, as The Cat would say, Life is still good.
