Whether it's a Dayuse room or at a SB's place I tend to bring a tote with a few essential items:

1. Ample cash for PPM + incidentals
2. Any ED meds if necessary
3. Condoms
4. Water  
5. Lube
6. Toothbrush/toothpaste/breath mints
7. A mini portable speaker for mood music, and....
8. Toys if SB wants to indulge.

Unless I am on travel, I prefer all my BCD's to be at my home.  

 
For context: Not married, no kids, retired. Since I almost always have a M&G before a BCD date, I'm not too worried about security issues. But I still take reasonable precautions.

 
Since I typically have 2-4 SB's come to my home every month, I have optimized the supplies I keep on hand:  

 
Bathroom: I keep extra towels and set out a fresh set before every date. For each SB, I keep a separate toothbrush and mini toothpaste tube in a plastic holder on one side of the medicine chest, along with hairbrushes, lotion (not lube), and I keep a box of "emergency" tampons in the bathroom closet.  The tricky part is remembering which set of items is assigned to each SB, as I can't really label them (because... awkward!).  

 
Bedroom: I keep BCD supplies in my nightstand like 2 types of lube, hand towels, flavored "sex" wipes (3 flavors), and clean toys pre-charged.  I have an Echo Dot in the room linked to my Pandora music account. And I have a library of sexy outfits and costumes in a dresser for those who are into it.  I also have a waterproof blanket for my queen size bed (see above about tampons).  

 
Whole home: I rebalance my HVAC system (with individual room temp sensors) for comfort in the bedroom and living room, rather than my home office. I keep a variety of beverages in my 2nd fridge (water, sparkling water, various sodas, beer) and I have an extensive wine and spirit collection. I set out her allowance in an envelope placed near the door, but not in plain sight.  I have powered window shades in my living room and once my SB arrives, I have "Alexa" close them all in case she wants to strip, change into another outfit and/or play in there, rather than the bedroom.  

 
When I travel, I take the lube, wipes, a toy (Rose), and a Small and XS bikini with me for the hotel pool. And meds, of course.

Since I do most of my sugaring in the RV, I keep it stocked with condoms, lubes, some toys, towels, tampons water, tissues, wet wipes, etc.  But I also carry a small fanny pack with all the essentials as well, especially if I'm dating somewhere other than the RV.  I have various toys, condoms, minty chewing gum, lubes, some backup ED meds in case I forgot, etc.  But no money.  That stays in my pocket until needed.

I think on this respect we must be TER clones!

Some differences: I have a separate bathroom for the girls, so I have numerous metal bins stocked with every soap/lotion/woman's product I could think up.  I treat all the SBs generically but it seems there's some item they love.  And, if I remember, a fluffy towel on the towel warmer,

 

Although the walk-in closet has a woman's sexy clothes section, it's mostly size 0 which on occasion doesn't always work out.  Fortunately, I discovered that my men's waist size 30 shorts will substitute in emergencies (something like a 5).  I've got a number of super short ones that work fine in the EU but are probably considered gay boy territory here.

 
Also, I need to check the pool/spa to make sure some dead animal is bobbing along.  And, to make sure the outdoor sex swing is clean of bird droppings.

 
My house is all windows, so I just love it when a girl decides to put on a sex show minus all her clothing.

Main difference from other is that I pack a change of clothes in case of need. Clothes can become impregnated with the sent of the SB, or accumulate cat/dog dander from the rooms, etc. Clothes I wear there are immediately washed when I return home. [And I take one or two showers].

My wife's only rule is "not in our home**" so I'm offsite.  

**Wifey has left the door open for "yes, SBs in our home if the connection is long/serious enough." Hasn't happened yet and I'm too into dabbling to probably see that happen.
