I suspect there is an anti-correlation between their target rate and their need for cash.  Somebody who is expecting $3k per month probably isn't worried about this month's rent.  They're just working the fantasy of a billionaire boyfriend.  On the other hand I've had some jump on $200 ppm.  You know they were hurting for funds.

The one thing I wonder about is where are their boyfriends?  Back in the day in my youth, unless a girl was a total mutant, she had some boyfriend or other in the background. So are these guys unaware, or cucks?  I can't believe they don't exist.  Even if the chicks are stringing some guy along, at least they exist.  So where are they?

I see this topic, or a variation of it come up frequently.  Yes, there may me a local average sugar amount, and yes it's probably influenced by factors such as average rent for a 20-ish female, or proximity to a major college, or several other economic and demographic factors. But that does not equate to a mandate that a SD must pay the "average" to be "fair."  That's just not true.

Note that the "average" sugar is not the same as required sugar. Quite the opposite. And average amount is calculated using all data points available, high, middle and low and then doing some math. But don't forget that the calculated average includes lower and higher amounts.   If no one was paying amounts lower than the average, the average would increase (sorry to get quasi-metaphysical here).

So do market conditions matter? Indeed they do. But only as a reference to the SD when negotiating with a POT SB.  Note that what a POT claims was paid to her by "some guy" is completely irrelevant to your budget.  You will not magically have more cash to spend just because some moron who realized he's better off using his coke money on pussy might have paid her thousands just to watch her eat in the past. If he exists and was that awesome, she'd still be sucking his cocaine-shriveled cock.

Just as we see GPS-infected POTs who "know what they are worth," we "know what we want to pay" and we are the holders of the wallet. If you are on top of your negotiation skills, and you understand the difference between "price" and "value," you can decide what you WILL pay, not what you MUST pay.   You know your budget, stay on budget.  Communicate why your budget equals "value" to her and be prepared to move on if the GPS light is on. There are literally thousands of women turning 18 in your state every year... you will never run out of POT's.

Sweetman has spoken at length of the dictum "Don't be an asshole", and I have also adopted that as my first, second, and third rules of sugar dating. No matter WHAT they do, just don't be an asshole. It is the road to success.

However, nothing puts me off a SB profile more than "I know my worth", or similar statement. This is the SA version of the homeowner----usually selling the house without an agent---who says "I won't sell unless I get my price".

Uh, "my price" is a stupid fiction existing only in your head, dumbass. There is a MARKET price, and sooner or later, you'll figure that out.

So, the profiles with "I know what I'm worth" are an automatic pass, 99% of the time.
