Before you go into allowance, what are your expectations?  Are you going to dinner?  Drinks?  No condoms during sex?  Are you expecting porn sex or regular sex?  How often can you commit to seeing her at her 1k+ per date rate?

She's going to have a $ in mind.  Get her to speak first.  Tell her what you are wanting.  Stick to your budget.  If you cannot commit to seeing her 1+ times a month then treat it as an escort encounter.  I've had 4 different arrangements with porn stars.  None of them were long term, mostly because the girl was flaky.  

1. Met her as an escort.  We really hit it off so kept seeing each other.  She charged me less than her escort rate because we went to dinner and had great chemistry.  She was really flaky.
2. Started the same way and really hit it off.  Then she said she was getting married after the 5th date.  She reached out after her divorce but I was in a monogamous relationship at the time.
3. Met on seeking.  Didn't know she was a porn star till she told me.  She charged $700 a date but was actually overweight.  She had gained a lot during Covid.  After the third date she wanted me to pay her rent and I said no.
4. Met on seeking.  She was open about what she did.  First two dates were great.  We talked tests and she showed me her most recent.  It was six months old.  She was actively filming and probably not just dating me.  I cut it off after that.  Too risky.

Like netnoy, I have sugar-dated several porn stars. My results vary a bit more widely than his.  

 
But first, let's address your question: What to offer?  My suggestion is to start taking her presence on a sugar site at face value - and assume she is looking for a sugar daddy and not escort tricks. Treat her job like it's any other job. There is no reason to call her out for being a sex worker, unless she mentions it.  If she really is just looking to find new escort gigs you will see it in her replies and expectations. If she starts asking for an hourly rate, or says "bookings" rather than dates, you can safely reply in kind, if you want to. But otherwise just treat her like any other SB you meet.  

 
When considering an allowance offer, the same negotiation rules and tactics apply. Best if you can get her to make an ask first, then you can properly counter. If not, you will need to make a judgement call.
