Like netnoy, I have sugar-dated several porn stars. My results vary a bit more widely than his.  

 
But first, let's address your question: What to offer?  My suggestion is to start taking her presence on a sugar site at face value - and assume she is looking for a sugar daddy and not escort tricks. Before you go into allowance, what are your expectations?  Are you going to dinner?  Drinks?  No condoms during sex?  Are you expecting porn sex or regular sex?  How often can you commit to seeing her at her 1k+ per date rate?

She's going to have a $ in mind.  Get her to speak first.  Tell her what you are wanting.  Stick to your budget.  If you cannot commit to seeing her 1+ times a month then treat it as an escort encounter.  I've had 4 different arrangements with porn stars.  None of them were long term, mostly because the girl was flaky.
