Yes, it's not fair. Yes, it's not logical. Yes, it's silly since P4P is ONLY reason this site exists.
But Seeking can only continue to operate if they stay in compliance with the laws of each country that can see the service.
The reason you were banned has nothing to do with the potential that you MAY be offering a quid pro quo. It's based on maximizing top line revenue and minimizing legal and operating expense. In other words: profit. It's just less expensive for them to purge you from the ranks immediately than it is to defend the potential legal costs of litigating your intent.
At its core, it is Seeking following their survival instinct.
So never use any language that can be even loosely related to P4P, PPM, price, rates, quid pro quo, etc. Instead stay with terms like short-term or long-term relationship, enjoy time together, explore, new adventures, mutual respect and trust, etc. Kind of like what you would say in a civilian dating site like eHarmony or match.com.
There are those here who have navigated their way back to a new account after a ban. Not my expertise. But as far as I know, none of them has had to do so AFTER doing selfie verification. Supposedly, Seeking does not keep/store the "live" pic they capture for the process. If that is NOT true, I wonder now if coming back will still be possible...
