Guys I had an unwelcome request for private information that I felt I should share with y'all.  In a recent post I made a reference to my awesome young Latina, and some fun activities we shared.  The next day I received a private message here from a member who's handle I've never seen before.  It went like this:

Unknown: Can you share your Latina’s info?
Me: She is a Sugar Baby, not an escort
Unknown: Where is located? Could you share her info?
Me: Dude get real. I would NEVER share a sugar baby's private information! She's NOT an escort!

I was shocked that anyone would ask for that information.  We don't reveal any info that could potentially lead to a SB being outed.  And I think all of us who are SDs understand that.  We don't post reviews of SBs.  This is a discreet dating process, not sex for hire.

I know I don't have to remind you guys of this, so I'm stating these protocols for the benefit of any non-regular lurkers who may be on this board and not experienced SDs themselves.  Remember guys, this is an open forum, no idea who might be reading these posts.  

You did the right thing, Papa Sweet! Both in how you responded to this guy and by posting about it here.

I'm surprised that you are surprised.  The sugar bowl is now quite large with both low end SDs and low end SBs now part of the fray.  

With escort pricing outpacing a large portion of the monger world, they are looking for a more affordable option and have drifted to the SB sites.  To expand their market, providers (and scammers) have also drifted there as we all know.  Many of these (both sides) are not our best and brightest.  Occasionally this low end is going to drift over to the real sugaring world.  

Of course you don't need to keep reminding the regulars here but there will be newbys drifting in regularly that haven't or, more likely do not care, figured things out.

Having said that, he may think you are hooking up with his girl, ex, sister.  So I'd be careful IRL.

I had an sb for a few months who said her ex was crazy and a stalker.  He somehow got my number. Probably her, and started texting me asking for me to 'review' her.  He was also asking how much I paid her.  I had to tell him off several times.  When I told her she demanded I screenshot everything.  Never got a clear answer how he got my number.  

That's a thought which had not occurred to me, so thanks.  However, there's nothing in my posts to indicate where I live, so it seems quite farfetched to imagine he's stalking one particular Latina.  But it's possible. I compared his list of reviews to mine, and we both have reviewed providers in cities all over the country, with very little overlap.

Fair enough.  But you can never be too careful.  Crazy people do crazy shit.
