Taking my current default search filters (18-28, 10 miles) and applying them to Lima shows at least 45 profiles active in the last 24 hours.  That's a decently active POT population.  Assuming you are fluent in Spanish you could do very well there.  

 
I have yet to visit Peru... the closest I've been is Argentina and Chile, which were both fertile grounds for P4P dating of all flavors.  Note: I was there for a month with my US SB, so only had a small window of time to sample the local "cuisine".  But it was - let's call it - tasty!  

 
PS: There are many other good options beyond sugaring for a short visit.

How do you search out of the US?

On the Seeking search results page, click on "Other Locations" just under your home city, and type in a city name like Lima. Then select the city/country from the list that appears.  

 
Poof! Your next Search will be centered on the new location city.

Searching foreign cities just for fun is something I've done often.  It broadens my knowledge of geography for sure. Check out Tallinn in Estonia.  But only if you like beautiful blondes.
