Or other suggestions.

A better question is "which site is best for you?"  

 
Of the four most mentioned sites on this board, each has pros and cons.  

 
Seeking:  
Pros: Probably the highest number of active profiles, advanced search filters let you drill down to find pots that meet your basic criteria, profiles must be selfie-verified, and there are other quasi-verification features as well, POT SB's don't need a paid account to message.  This is by far the largest site and it's international. I have used it all over the US and in several countries.  
Cons: Lots of GPS, ROB, and many POTs out of the country that contact you (strong vetting is mandatory), site is fanatic about NOT allowing any discussion of arrangements, P4P, paid dates, etc. (1st infraction can result in life-time ban), most expensive of the group  

 
Sugar Daddy Meet:  
Pros:  more relaxed attitude about sugaring - duh, allows POTs to post explicit pics, less expensive  
Cons: GPS, ROBs and scammers here as well.  Most POT's are downlow hookers (IMO) and want fast hookups without long term arrangements.  

 
What's Your Price:
Pros: Baby sister to Seeking (same owner) but less stringent about P4P language, 1st date (non-sex-essentially a M&G) "price" negotiated on the site before messaging allowed. No monthly fee, but user must pre-buy credits to accept a date offer.  
Cons: Far less POT's than other sites.  Far less POT's under 30. GPS lives here as well, with some POT's expecting as much as $500 for a lunch (only) date.  But 1at dates for $75-$150 can be found.  

 
Secret benefits:  
Pros: Fairly inexpensive, fair number of active profiles. But some report success and for generally lower allowance than they find on Seeking.  
Cons: LOTS and LOTS of bogus profiles, scammers, and ROBs. Many suspect that as much as 60% of the profiles are actually bots.  

 
There are a few others, and I'm sure others will name them.  

 
My advice: Invest in the membership fee for one for the minimum period offered and explore. Then try another. Or try two in parallel.  

 
Take notes on number of "active" and "qualified" (i.e.; you would fuck them) profiles you see, as well as your connect rate, vetting results, allowance ranges, and ultimately your "conversion rate" (the number of profiles that led to BCD divided by the number of profiles contacted).  Honestly, any conversion rate over 20% is fantastic. Note: think of this as a batting average, rather than a shooting score.  A batting average of 200+ is major league level performance. And not even the most elite players bat over 400.  

 
Once you've taken a test drive of 2 or 3 sites, review your notes and follow up as desired. Please let us know what your experiences are. We are always eager to learn.  

 
One caveat: As a general rule, we agree on this board to never share identifying info about a POT or SB.  The only possible exception is for proven ROBS. The reasons:  
1st: We are dispersed all over the US and specific info is generally not actionable (a POT in Boise is not useful in New York).  
2nd: Although we are on TER, we do not "review" SB's as they are NOT HOOKERS.  Most SB do not want to be "shared" with "randos" from unknown sources.  And trust me, telling a POT that you got her number from her current or past Daddy will piss her off bigly unless she specifically asked him to do so!  If an SB wants to be open to business for any possible client, they can go pro and place hooker ads as desired.

I haven't spent any time on WYP.   Are the women there expecting to move to BCD dates like sugaring or are they expecting more traditional dating?  I wouldn't want to spend a couple hundred bucks or more to take someone out to lunch unless they're fully expecting to negotiate for more intimate activities after the date or on the next date.

I personally wouldn’t pay for a public meeting. If we’re discussing a potential arrangement it’s in both parties interest to meet publicly to insure comfort.
I suspect there are some ladies that make their money having lunch or dinner with no further intentions.

The general assumption is that you meet for a "first date" and either during or after the date negotiate on what a 2nd date looks like, assuming both are interested. The site has very specific disclaimers that the offer is for a date and not for sex, blah, blah, blah, to keep the appearance of non-prostitution site.  

When I was using WYP a lot, prior to Seeking, I found about a third of POT's were looking for SD's, another third were scammers/ROBs/GPS, and the rest were what I call "professional daters" who were just looking for lunch or dinner dates. The math for a pro dater works pretty well, actually. Let's say you book 4 lunch dates a week at $100. That's $400/week or about $1,600/month. And $1,600 a month can make a $3,000/month apartment affordable. Not to mention that her food budget is reduced for the cost of 16 meals a month.  Of course, when I identified these types, I declined a 2nd date.  

 
For the 1st third, those looking for arrangements, I found 5 or 6 SBs over a 3-year period. And I developed a 1st-name basis relationship with a lot of upscale restaurant hostesses and staff.  :p  (Hint: Look for places where the hostess and waiter don't bust you when you show up with a different 20-ish babe every time. LOL)  This is where I refined the M&G approach I would go on to use on Seeking; No cash other than drinks and maybe parking/gas, and no BCD expected.  

 
With WYP, the model is flipped, as you cannot message a POT until she has accepted a first date offer, and you have spent the credits on the site to unlock messages.  If the date results in an ongoing arrangement, the initial $75-$125 investment is not very significant. But if you have to pay for 3, 5, 8 first dates that dot no convert, it adds up.

Do any of these sights accept gift cards or other discreet ways to pay other than a CC ?

Most SB's don't even know how to accept a credit card, let alone have a merchant account like a hooker may use.  

 
Typical methods other than cash are the various payment apps like Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Google Pay.  These are real-time transfers. But they are not anonymous, and there is a reason for that. The banking laws in the US are structured to  help prevent money laundering and drug/terrorist funding, where anonymous payments are the desired mode. Obviously, sugar dating is not the same as money laundering and SB's are (probably!) not terrorists.  But we all use the same payment rails. As a result, every payment system in the country, save cash, has some user ID component, and some way to claw back payments under certain conditions. If you must pay anonymously use cash only. Even with cash, there will be a record of where you got the funds (ATM log, withdrawal records, buying a money order, etc.).  

 
I really don't see a typical SB wanting a gift card (again, unlike some hookers). They need cash - now. So any method that requires them to take additional steps like trying to get cash from the gift card issuer, or say using the card on Amazon will be seen as extra hassle for them and may even seem to some like YOU are scamming THEM. How is she going to verify the balance on a gift card in real time?  

 
Cash is king.  Save the gift cards for birthday presents or such.

You are spot on!  I've had many requests from girls on Seeking to get paid to meet them for lunch!  Absolutely not!  A few have flatly said I won't waste my time without compensation.  Sorry ladies, if you think exploring the possibility of a wonderful, beneficial arrangement with a new potential sugar daddy is a waste of your time, I'm def not interested in you!

And to further expose my chagrin, I am not an expert on alternate payment methods accepted by these sites.  I have no need for any significant level of "OpSec" in how I use my funds.

For those who care. I did reach out to What's Your Price about sight payment and they seemed eager to take my money in the form of Gift Cards or Pre Paid CC. It sounds like a great way for someone to "dip there toes in the water " in a safe way.

Maybe. Maybe not. But there is sex and .money involved so it's just words.

I signed up for WYP to check it out.. was not impressed, Lots of homely-looking chicks, plus a few of the same faces on Seeking (presumably if they are on WYP that means they are looking for payment for a M&G, so interesting to know).  
I was a bit puzzled to open profiles and see amounts in the box (anywhere from $100 to $500) which you could change if you want. It wasn't clear if that is what thet expect or if these are just randomly generated. The hotter ones seemed to have the hotter prices, but very few of them.

WYP used to have some hotties. I went BCD with several SB's, and I still keep in touch with one (she is now a top TER provider in the DC area). Before COVID, I usually paid $50-$100 for an M&G. Now, the minimum is 150. I think a lot of POTs don't realize SD's have to use credits to communicate with them. So if they ask $300 for an M&G, you have to use 60 credits, which is $30, to chat with them. This adds very fast. Plus, nobody is really going to spend $300 on an M&G, so you will try to bargain the cost down to $100-$150. If that doesn't work, you are out of $30. I think someone asking for $400 and up probably means the money is for BCD, but you won't know for sure until you actually chat with her. Anyway, the site is full of skanks now, and I won't have sex with most of them even if it's free.

The dollar amount you see on WYP profiles is set by the POT. They can be any amount from $5 to $500.   And yes, the very hot POT's tend to input very high numbers (say over $300) in the misguided belief that anyone other than a SIMP would pay that much to see her stuff her pie hole with food and drinks (which he must pay for as well).  

 
They really do not understand the market forces in P4P where a guy in virtually any city in any state can get laid for $300 or a bit more with a decent-looking hooker.  When I see a POT I'd like to meet, I target $100 as my offer, and almost never go higher than $125, with $150 as my absolute max. It's important to note that NONE of the POT's I've messaged ever considered a $300 to $500 ask as including BCD. The site goes to great lengths message that the so-called "first date incentive" absolutely excludes sex.  

 
Having said all that, if you can deal with a flipped model of paying a moderate amount for a 1st date (as opposed to a $0 dollar M&G) then next step negotiations are generally the same as any other arrangement negotiation process.  

 
Finally, the initial ask and subsequent offers and counter-offers can give useful insights on what she is really looking for.  

 
A low-ball offer/ask (I sometimes get offers between $5 and $50) are going to be woman who really want to meet in the hopes of getting to an ongoing arrangement. But other context is key, I just got a $5 offer (yes, five dollars) from a hot LBFM Pinay. But she is in the Philippines.  

 
I high offer/ask and a refusal to negotiate below 250 typically means she's not interested in BCD, except at some GPS-level insanity rates.
