Let's face it, however.  Everything a SD does not like about what we consider to be out-of-market economics is really nothing but some woman who either knows what the market will bear or who has the balls to go for it.  It's a huge market, and if the woman has the right bundle of goods to offer (and many do), someone will step up and pay the price.  No judgment on them, it's all relative.  Only one solution - move on.
