Does that really happen or is it something that only happens in movies and TV shows?

to all of my company functions because the lady I was married to at the time wouldn't go.

It might be costly...  but what a great way to deal with a crappy event.  My bias is showing...  just because I have no one I'd want to reconnect with, doesn't mean others don't.

If I was single, I'd pick a stunning lady close enough to my age that gaulkers would not be sure.  I have a couple in mind as I write.  What a hoot!

Beauty and discretion. Better that taking the SO and having her blab about stuff you'd rather not everyone know about.

I took a very sweet provider (close to my age but younger)to my last Xmas party and the talk hasn't stopped.

I just wish she had of given me a family discount on her rates, though.

ok, she wasn't a provider but she was 11 years younger than me and near a perfect 10 in looks (blonde, blue eyes, 5'3" incredibly skinny, huge breasts, etc). Unfortunately she was about a 2 in intelligence (seriously, borderline retarded). We had kind of a sugar daddy relationship so I bought her a nice dress and took her to the 10-year reunion ball at ivy league my college. I was 31, she was 20 (not even old enough to legally drink). We danced and partied and had a great time and she got A LOT of attention. I has guys coming up to me all night and asking about her.

Unfortunately the night did not end with crazy sex. As was typical with her, it just ended with crazy - we went home, she got even more drunk, and threw dishes at me until she passed out. Good times.

And not just HS reunions.  But I better keep my mouth closed on this one (but damn it would be fun to say more)

Just never assume a stunning lady is what she seems, or is introduced as.

I was going to elaborate, but some 'men' here wouldn't appreciate it. And since they already have a hard-on for me and my demise on thess boards, why give them even more fuel? ;)

Although I have never utilized the "companionship" mode, I would see nothing wrong with a provider doing HS reunion, or many other functions.

I had a provider/friend be my date at one reunion-type social event.  We talked about it before hand and she was interested in the kinds of things this group did.  She not only was the best looking woman there (at least in my eyes) but she spent most the evening openly flirting with me.  After I got over this unplanned part it was a lot of fun.

The best side benefit was the look on one particular guy's face.  He was the macho BMOC type who thought he was God's gift to women.  My date picked up on this, and the fact there was friction between this guy and me, and shifted her flirting to him until he was drooling all over himself trying to pick her up.  She kept feeding him glances and smiles, all the while firmly attached to my arm.  As the event broke up he was a bit overly imbibed as he came up to her and asked her to come home with him, telling her he was very good at giving her what she wanted.  In a voice that sounded like a whisper but was clearly audible across much of the room she looked at him and said, "I doubt you have what I need.  By the way, it looks like you stained you pants."

Without a doubt the most unique ending to an evening with a provider.

better to select a lady from out of town, though, just in case she's recognized

that's the last place you'd want to be outed

Adventures and events are more common than I think people realize.  Works for them, and if if they both enjoy the experience, I say more power to them!  Different strokes for different folks :-)

There seems to be some sort of concern in the question about appropriateness - like is it safe to take a provider to a social event. A lady's profession is not predictive of her social skills. My best friend is a provider. I have taken her (and other ladies in the past) everywhere, including work-related social events and dinners with my family members. My friend's manners and social skills are so impeccable that I often feel like a slob when we are together in a social setting.

When my wife refused to fulfill that role; as far as I was concerned she had surrendered it.

Not only did I introduce the escort AS my wife; I introduced her TO my wife.

Because once I used that escort for a work event; I would ALWAYS have to use that escort and my wife could NEVER go.

I let my wife choose her path.

She is an ex wife now; and was simply very skilled at bringing out the worst in me.
