Some guys don't like reviews or don't even know there are reviews boards, some guys live by them and won't see a lady without several.

Depends on the buyer and the seller. Guys who love reviews need to know what they are buying.  
It's kind of like looking at a dress and you read the reviews on how it fits and if the material is worth the price!
Than you have my favorite type- the one who goes off on adventure. Nice package.. Not to much wear and tear. Lets take a ride! A review definately sets the expectation of "how" it will be. Also what to "expect".  
At the same time I feel it takes away from the fun to have the dirty little secret all exposed in blog world.

I really only look for a few things.  Was she on time, was she the girl in the pictures, did she try to rush the guy out the door, did she rob the guy or have her pimp beat him up...  

I don't care all that much about the quality of "activities" based on the expectations of someone else.  Even stuff like cbj vs. bbbj can change when you get there.  I mainly look at reviews to tell me that a girl is for real and not LE or a total rip-off.  As far as the rest, I'm willing to roll the dice and take my chances.

I might have bbbjed the last 15 guys I saw, but Mr. #16 has a not so fresh smelling member, so he gets cbj. And there is no point in him crying about it. What I did with 15 Mr. Cleans, I won't do on a Mr. Dirty Dick.  

As far as making decision goes, all I want  to know is attitude, services, hygiene, price, and communication to get the general feel of the lady..

Reviews are good for the clients and I think a lot of bad reviews are bad for the providers.

Bottom line is YOU think they are the score you gave them...the next guy might say a 2 or a 10. You can't tell other men what they should find attractive, just like I am sure you would not want them telling you that so and so only deserved a 5.  I am certainly not a 10, but many have rated me that way.  

Personally, I think reviews are very important. That being said, it is more about the simple things and verification of the way she presents herself on her website (assuming she has one). Some ladies like to be reviewed in detail and others not so much. It is critical to treat her with respect and review her accordingly.

to each his own, they shouldn't be studied for reasons that some do study them. Kinda creepy. For the reasons you stated, fair enough. But for the reasons I think they are 'really' used for most of the time, I don't think they are necessary. There are many other means of verification and such that apparently is frowned upon by this review committee. But yes, there are other ways.

...they say their business is just fine if not better. Tough call as a provider. I'm not sure what the policies are surrounding providers who don't want reviews. One of the girl's I'm referring to doesn't want reviews but pays for a VIP membership on TER so she's allowed to participate on the boards. In the past I was banned for stating that I didn't want reviews on my website so if any lady out there is considering it check with TER admin first to find out what the current policy is.
