OK. I may be slow on the uptake, but it's getting expensive weeding out the losers. I sure need some advice re screening the entertainers. The last three could give a guy good reason to stop this hobby. One says she's in her 30s (great reviews on TER) and she's pushing 50. The next (also well reviewed) says she weighs 125 and turns in at least 150. The last is full of high end bio stuff and pics to die for and is anything but. All have stale photos. Is there some way to do this better? The only women who tend to look like their pics are Asians. Sadly, most of these don't speak English very well. I'm open to suggestions.
It's not just looking at review scores, it's looking through details of reviews, actually reading reviews, carefully looking at pics, viewing the providors website, etc. You really have to do your research. That's what I do and I have been very satisfied.
I am very picky about looks (part of why I started hobbying) and I only rate 9's and 10's if she really is "once in a lifetime". I think 7-8 is for really attractive girls and 9-10 is reserved for the absolutely gorgeous, smoking hot ladies. That doesn't mean that I found ANY of them unattractive. I enjoyed all but 1 or 2 of my experiences, so yes I have been satisfied. All of them were as advertised though and I knew going in with some of them, that they might not be the 9 or 10 that I look for.
Like you said in your other post, a lot of guys will give anything a 9 for looks. I am honest. If I don't think she's that hot, I rate her lower. I think more of us should score that way.
date in common (Yazmin of Tampa) and I rated her a 9 and you rated her a 7 for appearance. She is a head-turner bar none; very attractive in all the right places plus cute as hell.
That was my first hobby experience ever. I think I was so nervous and scared of what I was getting into that I didn't enjoy myself at the time as much as I could have. I wish I could see her again to actually relax and enjoy myself. My memory of her is better than what I rated her actually.
I really do my research and have tried to go for the best of the best. One provider I saw was described as a 10, lots of people said she was the hottest provider around, and she looked gorgeous in photos. Those photos must have been 20 pounds ago or heavily photoshopped. She wasn't bad looking, but I was so disappointed after all the hype that I could barely get it up. Sounds like your last experience. She also didn't use deodorant, so I had to sneak back into the house and put my shirt in the laundry room before my wife noticed the stank.
At least she was nasty as heck, so it wasn't a total loss. I experienced several things for the first time in that session.
I wish I knew how to avoid this, because the reviews don't tell the whole story. Some people just don't know what true beauty is and will give a 10 to anyone that looks slightly above average.

An aside to a gent who preaches about how his techniques for using the reviews has worked so well, and who has such a high percentage of low ratings, notwithstanding.
Fat Old providers hiding behind old / thinner pictures is endemic in this hobby, and is exacerbated by reviewers who are so happy just to get any sex with anyone that they can't see straight.
This is not going to be fixed by changing the review process - it is only going to be fixed by shaming some of these guys into at least being honest - admitting that they fucked some of these women instead of trying to cover it up by insisting that they are 8s and 9s and 10s LOL....
and point out that these guys do a huge disservice to the rest of us who depend on their reviews for some level of objectivity
AND TO THE PPROVIDERS out there who are genuinely attractive and have honest pics - because they assist the fakers in taking business away from those who are truly deserving.
Since when is a 7 a low rating? A 7 is defined as attractive. None of those ratings were given for false advertising, or a lady misrepresenting her weight or age. They were all as advertised. And they were all attractive. I enjoyed each of them. The OP was disappointed in his meetings. I was not. And I have more 8+ reviews than 6 and 7s. The OP acted like he has been disappointed in all of them. My point is, despite a few lower scores, my experience has been much better than the OP's.

Using an alias allows me to express a point of view and keep that point of view from attaching to anyone else.

I do the same, if it's not the girl in the picture, I walk. I don't leave a fucking penny for "her time", I just fucking walk. I wish more guys would grow a pair and do the same.
I hope you didn't take my post as saying my ratings are the truth. I just said I am honest and post my true feelings about looks. If everyone else on TER thinks someone is a 9 and I think she is a 6 or 7, I score her that way. We all have different tastes so "truth" is kind of non-existent.
download panda iexif2 off the internet follow the instructions and it will tell the date of the picture ,if nothing else it will tell you if it was a recent picture
I have no suggestions. It's not a perfect science. I can tell you that, in the past year, I have seen four different Asian woman and a Brazilian. All where amazing and all spoke perfect English. There is always hope!
Try seeing them on a webcam first. I would gladly get on Yahoo Messenger, Skype, etc. for a minute or two if someone wanted to see what I look like, I know other girls who do the same thing.
you can ask her, or some of the more recent reviewers. Especially if they'r active board trollers...
That's why it pays to read the local board, to recognize their handles. I find most don't mind getting PMed, and one recently gave me good info on a well reviewed lady I was planning to see. She was easily 10 years older and more pounds than that heavier than in her photos, but still a great experience.
The first criteria I have of a provider is character/ethics.
IF she has those in abundance; when you book her you will likely find she is MORE attractive in person than in her pictures.
Of course, there is no "ethics" score next to the looks and performance scores; so teasing out this information can take time -- time that is unsuitable for high volume hobbying.
But IF one takes the time to analyze a great deal about a provider and ascertain her character; the odds of inaccurate pictures are greatly diminished.
As for age ... who knows? It is a social tradition in this country for a woman to hide her true age. I don't book youngsters, so I don't have to card them.
As long as a woman LOOKS the age she is reporting; that is fine. What many women forget, though, is that their age can be ascertained in person by (for example) the skin over their sternum and their hands. In fact, in one study reported in the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, men were extremely capable of guessing a woman's true age *just by looking at her hands*.
So they aren't always fooling guys who might just be too polite and respectful to reveal their observations.

Just WTF are you looking for? A totally made up movie star? An airbrushed super model? And where the hell are you looking? Do you start on CL or BP and then check for reviews? I've been doing this for a long time, and have never run into the kind of shit you guys post here. I don't see traveling "nobodies" with 1 or 2 reviews. I don't see local "nobodies" with 1 or 2 reviews...they are usually fake! I have never run into anyone as far off from looks or weight as you describe. Not once! Had a couple disappointing performances, but what I expected to see is what met me at the door. There are everyday ladies that happen to sell sex, not movie stars. All of them I've seen are nice looking, and a helluva lot better than someone I could pick up in a bar. You don't need different screening, you need to get back to reality. Sounds like you also need to maybe go up a notch on your shopping. Get the fuck out of "Dollar General" and try a better store. You'll be less likely to be so disappointed!
I just think that when someone is charging a premium, is consistently getting rave reviews, and they're mentioned in threads about beautiful providers on local boards, they should at least be above average. So far I've tried to seek out what I thought was the cream of the crop, and to be honest I wouldn't look twice at them if I passed them on the street. I wouldn't date them outside of the hobby.
One provider told me that most of her clients were socially awkward, so maybe that explains the reviews.
After I saw one provider I found a more honest review of her looks, and there was some discussion back and forth where people admitted that they've heard the same things from people in private. None of that was reflected in any of the previous reviews, though.
I don't pay to fuck ugly women, plain and simple. Some guys are content to fuck anyone hotter than their old fat wife, and are willing to call them Goddesses for taking pity on them by taking their money. lol

There are hot women in the hobby, and they don't all charge $500 an hour either. I am spoiled of course from living in Atlanta for most of the last 15 years, not to mention my regular trips to Latin America, where all night long with a gorgeous chica costs less than dinner for two in the States.
To be fair, different people have different tastes. I've had clients rave about me, and I've also had one fellow meet me outside his house, sigh, and say "sorry darlin, you just don't do it for me."
Some guys rave over blondes, some can't stand stand girls who aren't Asian, still others can only be happy if a girl has double jointed toes. To each their own

I want to add a 10 is a definate serious hard call. I personally am not ever feeling I should be a 10!! even at 18!! I was not a 10!! Ill leave that for the playboy playmates..Nikki Avalon is a ten to me.. I would want to say that with every profession there is a margin for error.. I look at the reviews with a 2 points plus or minus..(on TER) Example a 7 could be a 9 or a 5. reviews are dependent upon individual likes and dislikes..though there is usually something to be said for a provider that has consistant reviews with consistant numbers.. just my opinion on this issue.. thanks LL
agree with you on that. when i see pages and pages of 10 10's, 9 10's, and nothing in between~~~~~ no 8's or 7's~~~~~I get very suspicious and tend to move on to more realistic reviews.
