At spas, does the $60 or so include a Hand Job,or is that extra?  How much extra?  Also, will they spend most of their time on the body shampoo if that is what you want (for the $60)?

If you're going to a spa, offering massage for $60, and a body shampoo, it doesn't sound like it's even the kind of place that does extras. Are you sure about where you're going?

I don't know the region you're in, but typically, massage with a release at the end would run 120 minimum. 150 to 200 is expected in the SF Bay Area.

while a HJ, BJ, or FS deserves a tip.  I typically tip $40-50 for a HJ, $70-80 for a BJ and $100-120 for FS.  Two pops, whether through a HJ, BJ or FS deserve an extra $20-40, and if you are lucky enough to get anal, a rimjob, kissing, DATY, etc., you should also throw her an extra bone or two, so to speak.  
Most I have tipped at a MP is $200 for a three pop session, and the average tip tends to be about $120 for FS, and $40 for one HJ and $60 for two HJ's.  I find girls that give BJ's usually do FS as well, and opt for a BJ finishing with FS.
