How do providers usually deal with clients with anxiety? Say it's their first time or they just naturally have a minor case of anxiety and just start to tense up when with the girl. Do providers recommend that you do not see them if you're anxious? Is it recommended you take a shot of liquor to calm you? What can I do to deal with my anxiety?

if we have a drink together, coupled with a little chat, you should calm down just fine.

Then i'll give you a nice massage to begin...

No reason to fret so much. Just be open about your troubles

a handful of Xanax washed down with 8oz of Vodka.
(it's the same treatment the providers use after dealing with such a person!) ;-)

It inhibits the body's systems, afterall, and you want to be functioning.

I think the best way to relax is to ease into things slowly.  Start with some chatting over the drink, then start to undress, start some cuddling and petting, that kind of thing.

A massage is also a wonderful way to relax.

Before you know it, the butterflies will fly away.

Most relax around me, when they see I'm not judging them, or freaky / scary. Everyone gets intimidated; some of us can help others calm down. I've helped possible employees (in the past) calm down simply by smiling at them and asking a simple question...

Well, for some people a bit of drink is good! lol!

I think you know my stance on this subject. ;)

for those of us with "hollow legs" ( or hollow heads---LOL ), getting "sloshed" & having a great time with a provider are not mutually exclusive concepts.

When it comes to "anticipator jitters" before seeing a provider, thank God for vodka-----;)

I think the nervousness is a great part of the encounter, once you get it under control.  I like the buildup to seeing a lady.  I still get butterflies when I see my ATF and she meets me at the a/p.

See an experienced provider the first few times out and tell her up front that you are a little nervous.  The good ones will take the lead and calm you down.

I don't think OSP would mind too much.

Maybe tasting me afterwards when he kisses you, but hey! You offered! ;)

I have to say when I am meeting someone for the
first time , like he, I too am nervous.
Is what I'm, wearing too much , not enough
and all those questions that run through my mind.

I've never had one person freak and not be able
to go forward with the arrangement. I always
consider a glass of wine , or his favorite beverage
now on the other hand if he cannot drink for whatever medical reason talking over a non alcoholic beverage really does help.

I've been told I have a soothing voice and that
I am easy to talk to. The way we communicate
has everything to do with setting one another at
ease.

Of course if a little bit of drink is good, than a whole bottle must be great. lol

After rereading the thread below, and the contributions from my "family", I would wager that my entire family is a bunch of drunks. rofl

If you are honest with your provider most likely you both will have a moment of bonding..
From there what transpires will most likely just happen naturally..: )
enjoy!!

But, seriously, just remember to breath. That can help allot, and save you the money you'd spend on the liquor:)

no matter how uncomfortable one might feel time seems to move quickly when your in the heat of passion. It's the moments when things seem awkward and lost in translation that anxiety has a chance to get the better of anyone.

I do qualify all before we meet to be sure kissing is on their menu.

I always get a little anxious at the beginning of a meeting whether it’s the first, second, third…date. It lets me know that I'm still alive.

If I were you, I would not rely on liquor courage to take away your anxiety. It's never ok to rely on anything that can lead to addiction. Trust me. You can get over your anxiety by breathing deeply and just taking your time. Also, book longer engagements if you need time to adjust. And seek out providers who seem to have a grasp on how to make others feel comfortable. You can find this information through their websites, reviews, etc. Good luck.

The first provider I ever saw began the session with a little 420.
Session was great, but would have been better if she had shared :)

I have done the bbbjcim hello before. If someone is tense though they may not want me to get to my knees right away.

A guy here...  I suggest an hour or more appointment so you have time to relax.  I am always nervious on a first meeting though it is becoming less strong.  If I ever get over it completely, check for a  pulse!

Seriously, the answer for strong anxiety is to "Be Prepared"
You got VIP, You've done your homework...  She's a well reviewed provider.
You are using a secure private e-mail & hobby phone.
You have plenty of time when no one will wonder where you are.
THERE is no reason to be overly anxious.

Go, get aquainted, have a good time.
