I got arrested for intent too willingly exchange money to have a good (sexual) time with a woman.

Heeding the tutelage around here and not being over eager, gullible, thinking with only your dick, or simply being temerarious will save you a set of chrome steel bracelets for planning a “precious” time.

Do NOT exchange the cash till after the deed is done!!A provider that handles the service this way is good for her and you!

Just to clarify. All of R.O.'s prison terms have been for unpaid parking tickets and have had nothing to do with women.

answer a.) I pay only for the non-sexual companionship time for an escort.  Any sex that happens in the customer-vendor alignment is coincidental.  If you pickup the Frap blender barista at Starbucks, that doesn't mean you paid $4.79 to have sex with her.

Thats all well and good if both are agreed to handle it this way. BUT it seems from what I read in TER most of the donation exchanges are requested up front and with an envelope. I am from SOCAL and it is advised to not hand the donation over to the lady until the deed is done. But this is usually due to the vast number of ROB's in LA. Even the advise to put it is plain sight for both people untill the deed is to be done in may not be advisable either due to the LE factor. So I wounder what would be acceptable for both us and the providers under all of the circumstances described if the provider is not known (reviewed by some service) for the hobbyist?

Do you mean making a payment before you do something with a lady will increase the possibility of arrest? I don't know anybody who got arrested because he paid before he did something to a lady. What if she insists payment in advance?

Finally, I understand all the excitement over Starbucks.  All along, I thought it was something to do with overpriced bad coffee.

You're gonna have to explain that one to me...how it would be good for her.

As I see it, in theory, if you pay up front, and don't get what you paid for,
you have the possibility of getting some or all of your money back.
(I know easier said than done, but still within the realm of possibility.)

On the other hand, if one were to shortchange, or completely rip off the lady;
Ummmm...how exactly is she able to take back the services?
Can she repossess his climax?
keep his penis as collateral until he returns with payment in full?
Turn back time so that she didn't spend those hours with him?
(Not only easier said than done, but not even close to any sort of possibility.)

If one pays the lady upfront, he knows the money is there, she knows the money is there.
If he waits until he has had his session completed before he pays, he is the only one that knows if there was even any money brought to the appointment.

What exactly would keep one with less than honest intent from having his appointment, and then after he is all done, inform the lady that he doesn't have her money at all? and if that does happen what is her recourse? Go with him to an ATM? that wouldn't be too safe. Accept a check that could have a stop payment put on it? or does she simply chalk it up to lesson learned? and if she does learn from that what should she do afterwards, still accept payment at the conclusion of the appointment so that she can allow it happen again? or start to require payment upfront in an effort to protect her interests?

If the lady waits until the end as you prefer, she has virtually no recourse to get payment should he be a less than honest person, and the problem with that is, one doesn't know who is or isn't honest until they prove it one way or another.

I've been lucky enough to be trusted until after the fact by a few ladies that know me.

As for recourse, she could possibly spill the contents of the condom on his head, but since spite doesn't pay the rent, it's of marginal value.  This entire question goes back to trusting one another.  Lots of people on both sides of the transaction have proven to be bad boys & girls, but why would anyone want to see someone they can't trust (at least a little)?  I can understand the lady may need the money, but does a guy need to get off so badly that he'll see someone he doesn't trust with the money he's supposed to pay her?  I know, but should they???

I have never been ripped off by accepting my fee till the end of my session. A plain envelope might be sitting on a table, I don't take it till I'm ready to leave.

LE do sometimes do the deed with no mention of money, then put the cuffs on. Actual payment is not required. There's already an agreement, even if it's unspoken. All they need is to meet and have the provider do something to show she's willing to go through with it.

When all else fails, they can lie on the police report, which actually is not a last resort. They lie on reports all the time to make their stories tighter.

I'm not trying to badmouth all cops. I just want to make it clear that there are a lot of myths about what cops can and can't do... and what some will and won't do.

Cash changing hands isn't what they look for. Simply agreeing to an illegal act in exchange for the money is all they need to haul your ass downtown.

If you walk in the door and throw a wad of cash at her you haven't done anything illegal, thus this isn't the operative tactic that will be used.

If she says (for example) "I'm running a special, XYZ for only $400" and you  agree to it, your goose is cooked before your wallet ever sees the light of day. This is they scenario you should look to avoid.

Trust me...I've been there (only once, thank god). She mentioned "you can get xyz for only an additional $xxx". I didn't have any inclination that she was a phony but it was simply instinct for me not to answer that type of question.  Out come the goons from the adjoining room and they wound up letting me go home because I never verbally acknowledged/agreed to an illegal act.

How about a situation like this? You call an agency and a lady comes to your apartment/hotel room. After the two of you spend one hour, when you are about to make a payment, a cop(s) come in and put cuffs on your hands. Then, can I say "We are friends. Just the thing is, I borrowed $500 from her last week and I'm returing her the money now."

I'll appreciate all information that will help me evade arrest.

i'm uncomfortable with a first-timer paying me afterwards, but i don't like to discuss the donation issue at all once actually in person, so i put up with it. as of yet i haven't had any nonpayers.

my preference is, first timers, pay upfront, but in a very casual way (instead of an envelope just leave the cash somewhere in clear view, i won't touch it til they are long gone). regulars, they can handle it however they like as they've gained my trust. i have one client who pays ahead for a set number of visits, say 3 or 4, depositing the money directly into a personal bank account of mine. then when he comes to see me all the "business" is taken care of, and he says it feels like a more genuine GFE. perhaps this same method (pay ahead, bank account) could work for those worried about LE.
