INSTANT POLL-FILL IN THE BLANK: The one thing I would do to improve TER is____________________

by making it possible for gents to see NCNS and B&S complaints on a ladies profile

by doing away with the numerical descriptors for appearance in favor of some kind of verification that the pics are real and fair representation

by making it easier for providers to have fake reviews removed

by having a search field for type of website the provider has, so that guys like me who prefer to avoid girls who only have CL or BP or Eros sites can skip their reviews in a search

and probably a few other things but I'll leave it at that LOL

although still link to their other reviews

it would remove the "bargain ability" from the review system

and for giggles,  the # of disputed reviews should be displayed by a providers name.

.....of not being able to use an ID and an alias on the same thread, especially if it is harmless in nature and just being used to complete a joke etc......

Also, to piss off the numbnuts who don't like aliases to begin with.

You wouldn't know who I am if I posted with a real handle or an alias, so get over it.....

About 20% of my posts are made with aliases; and I NEVER use them for sneaky personal attacks or to be an asshole.

In fact, when a couple of providers have asked, I've given them my list of aliases.

It is ridiculous to assume that all alias use is bad. Sometimes it allows a truth that would otherwise be hidden.

If I couldn't participate, I wouldn't want to moderate.  If nobody moderated, the boards would be chaos.  If there were no boards, there would be no TER.

Therefore, aliases NEED to exist for the good of the site.  :)

ok, somebody had to say it :)

actually, it would be nice if staff paid attention to the S&P board. When was the last time anything was changed because of a post there? Seems like a lot of pissing in the wind that only gets read by other members, but not staff.

The most abused as well as abusive facet in the reviews is the "Appearance" scoring. Replace this wholly subjective category with one with easily definable standards and precepts.

(Example)

1. Not the woman in the photos

2. Far from the truth

3. 10 years & 25+ pounds ago maybe

4. Face/eyes obscured & body doesn’t match

5. Face/eyes obscured but body matches

6. Total Glamour shots using all the tricks

7. Glamorized but realistic

8. Artfully posed but representative

9. Very fair representation

10. What you see is totally what you get

No longer would the 'score' have the value; but rather the score's definition. Both shameless shilling as well as scoring sabotage would be curtailed.

When writing a review, we have to fill out a new profile.  Yet, the only profile that shows is the one filled out by the very first reviewer.

Profile pages can get old and need updating for a number of reasons.  Ladies get breast implants, they change their hair color, certain services may be offered that were not before.  And, nobody likes to admit it, but the ladies (like all of us) do get older.

What should happen is that a provider's review page will have her name, her contact phone number and/or e-mail address, the link(s) to her ad or web site address(es), and her TER i.d. number.  The list of her reviews will follow.  When you click on the review, in addition to the text of the review, the new profile page opens up.

That's what I would do.

and make them more user friendly.
The complaints by hobbyists are the same over and over, year after year.
I don't think I need to get into each issue, as TER has to already be aware.

And is not an alias.
That is not a perfect example. Just because her philosophy is more in touch with reality then yours does not make it an abuse.

I think the alias whiners should give up and know that the alias function is here to stay.
You can continue to soil your panties all you want MSD.

This way someone can tell if the dates get better with repeating, or if you quickly become a 'number'. (Understanding we are in P4P, but some like to really market the GFE hard so having repeat reviews would help those looking for more accomplishment/connection in that area to identify ladies with that skill.)

I wouldn't expect them to make any changes or upgrades to this one.  I'm sure we will see improvements and some of the suggestions put into place on the new site.

And no, I don't know when it will be available.
Search and look for postings about it.

Thanks

... since that ID isn't tied to a provider account it is pretty scary.

That's the kind of stuff that makes a guy say "Whoa!"

If providers are gonna complain about hobbyists being cynical; it would behoove them to show a bit of discipline in posting stuff like that. LOL

that if a guy saw that a provider had a lot of repeats, it could be a good indicator of her professionalism. A lot of women can put on a good show for a first-timer, but then fizzle out.

VisitingProf 26 Reviews 497 reads

I know from hearing from others that often they would like to update their review to reflect another positive aspect of a more current date. And conversely, some have mentioned that they got more of a 'fizzle', to use your words. For many, the pics will pull us in, in addition to decent reviews, but once we've met her 1 or 2 times, the pics/reviews now mean nothing. We have additional experience that could shade the review more accurately.

There are a few reviewers who look for the same things I do when deciding. If I see 2 or 3 ladies with similar reviews from them, but see that he's written a couple positive updates on one in particular, I'd be more inclined to see her.

Men who submit a blatantly fake review should be banned.

Providers are asked to submit proof when we suspect a fake review. Once the review is confirmed as fake, the guy should be tossed off the site.

I prefer dragging them into town square, where we can all watch the tarring & feathering.  BTW, since it's my idea, I get a commission on ticket sales.
