For men, if we were porn "woodsmen" or as im realizing that i only have ten minutes left in a session and the provider utters that magic phrase "you can go again if you can finish quickly", I find myself reaching for the money maker fantasy, because the physical stimulation alone is not enough.  

For women, my SO tells me she has an equivalent as well that does the job when she really needs to come.  

For me, one comes from an experience I had in college where I was a teaching assistant for a class. Another kind I have is completely surreal... Starting with tribe of women... A field of Viagra-like fruit nearby. Then putting the person I'm with in that scene.
