Discussing anything related to services is a big red flag, our main concern is our safety. More importantly, I want my potential date to read extensively about me so he knows exactly what to expect during our time together.

Anything that is said over the phone, written in an email, or said in the room at the time of service can and will be recorded by law enforcement for the purpose of being used to convict either party in a court of law.

That is why most providers prohibit ANY explicit talk and request that money is never discussed during their initial date with a gentleman.  That is also why most providers ad's state that they are only charging for their time ONLY.  If either party discusses sex when money is exchanging hands it will most certainly be that any sexual act will be judged as prostitution in a court of law.  

All hobbyists should also keep this in mind when meeting a provider while on a date especially if it is someone that you met on backpage as law enforcement just loves to set up their John stings from such boards.

You should also keep in mind that some escorts will become informants if they get arrested and have worked with law enforcement as informants.  This happens more often if they were busted with drugs when they were arrested for prostitution as this is a very serious offence.  In those cases the girl will be facing serious hard time and more pressure can be brought to bear on them in order to obtain a lessor sentence in exchange for their cooperation.

Here's what might happen in such a scenario.  A provider gets arrested for prostitution and has a joint in their purse at the time of arrest.  She is charge with a misdemeanor charge of prostitution and overcharged with a felony charge of possession with intent to distribute weather that was her intent or not.  In that case she may be facing several years in prison.  If law enforcement needs an informant to assist them in an upcoming John sting they offer to reduce the drug possession to a misdemeanor charge which equals less to a year in jail and maybe no jail at all if the prostitution and possession are a first offence.  

The girl, being young and new to the business, agrees to cooperate because she is scared to death at the thought of jail.  The officers rent a hotel room that they have their tech people wire for sound and video, place ad's on backpage, ter, and etc.  

When the guys call everything is recorded,  when they arrive at the room everything is videoed and all sound is recorded.  Since the girl is only an informant and not law enforcement she can even have sex with the client if necessary to get the evidence necessary for a conviction.  The cannot get a conviction if you never discuss sex and money.  End of Story!

If a hobbyist EVER goes to meet a provider and she begins discussing money and sex I highly advise you to not respond and to leave immediately!  

Providers do not discuss such things, especially on a first date.

When I first got into the business, I was taught not to talk explicit over the phone. It's not safe nor wise to talk explicitly over the phone.

You ask, if the profile say "don't know" to certain things , how do you know , okay if the rates are different on various ads , how do you know, well you what , guess you move along because if you we anybody "has to ask" why bother !

Why does everything have to be spelled out?

If a girl has reviews it is fairly easy to figure out the do's and dont's. Talking about specific acts over phone or email before we have met is recipe for disaster. You have to remember we are trying to not meet someone affiliated with LE. And that is the first thing that they need. A girl to agree that she is doing an act for a price.
