I was just wondering how many people are really nervous, when seeing someone new for the first time for a session.


I remember one young man that came to see me once, and was shaking the whole time. When he was talking, you could hear fear in his voice. He made it through the massage, but I kind of felt sorry for him in a way. I believe he said he was trying it for the first time.

First few times I was nervous...after that I realized, being nervous is a waste of energy..

I'm always nervous when meeting a provider for the first time.  Even with ones I have seen previously, I am a little tense until we share that first kiss and hug.  I have only been hobbying for 4 1/2 years, started late in life and not looked back, having a wonderful time.

I was never as scared as the poor guy you mentioned, but for my very first provider, I was pretty shaky until she put me at ease.

I;m a lttte bit nervous any time I meet a person for the first time.  Nothing serious, just a bit of jitters.  A good hug will go a long way toward curing it.

But I have been lucky to have shared time with some absolutely awesome ladies that helped to quickly take the edge off.

I am a newbie and met my first provider (Shanda, glowing review to follow) last evening and I was very nervous.I almost chickened out.  Shanda was absolutely wonderful, lived up to her reviews, and treated me very well. Above all she was genuinely sweet and made me feel very welcome and confortable. I new I was going to nervous and scheduled a 2 hour meeting so we had plenty of time to play.

The first time I ever hooked up with a provider I was robbed. I am very nervous around people I do not know anyway. So I am very nervous during the whole session but that does not stop me from having fun and it does add to the excitement. It also is why I screen so throughly. I am a bit paranoid of repeating that first time.

I think nerves is one of the appealing parts of hobbying.  Nerves makes the encounter a little edgy and is a reminder that the encounter is out of the ordinary.  I'm a little nervous every time I meet a provider even ones I've been with before.  My girls are good enough to quickly put me at ease.

My first meeting with a PS I was really nervous. She was really supportive and sweet. It made for a great session.

Always nervous to some degree, especially the first time meeting a provider.

But the nerves are part of the reason to do this, the anticipation makes you feel alive.

When I see a lady for the first time I am mindful of all the things that could go wrong.  Sorry, thats just the way I am... and that is the mindset that kept me alive through over 1,000 missions in a jet fighter.  

Arrest and robbery are at the top of the list of things I can imagine happening.  Then there is the 'we just might not 'click'' issue... and it  goes on and on.

Yes I was very nervous when I saw my first and second provider. They were both very nice, and I let them know I was new at this.

I'm always nervous. I always do research on them. Looking for reviews, old ads, and even speaking with past hobbist who can give me insist about her.

I trick I like to use, is some time asking a straight forward sexual question over the phone if I suspect something. Real providers get nervous. LE will want to go more into the convo.

For the first 6 to 8 months that I hobbied, I would be so excited that as I arrived at an incall my hands would be shaking. It was kind of funny, a few times I would be at the gate trying to enter the gate code, and my hands would shake so bad I would hit the wrong numbers!

Nervious quieted down after a bit though a new friend will always give me some nerves.   Once we are together, either we get on well or we don't,  nerves are a small factor after the door closes.

there are two major barriers to my meeting someone for the first time. one is my work schedule which often involves traveling. the second is first time nerves.  if anything, my first time nerves issue is a bigger barrier than it was early in my game. there is a reason for that.

to put that reason in a positive way: if you have a small circle of friends who provide outstanding service, have excellent business ethics, and a compatible and clear communication style. what is the motivator? for me, there isn't one. so......

i'm pruning my "first-time must-see list" severely. there are only three traveling and three local ladies on it. some day the stars will align, but for now my expectations for what i wanted from the hobby are being exceeded by a few very special ladies. some UTR, so don't ask. i'm not telling.

Yes, I am usually pretty nervous when I meet a provider for the first time.  That's why always schedule at least a 2-hour session so there is time to chat a bit first and so I can relax a bit.

But then again, I'm always drinking so that does take the edge off somewhat....

it is impossible to be nervous around me for long. I have a knack for making people comfortable. It's a hard situation to deal with when  you are intimidated by beauty or the fact that LE could bust through the door any minute, but if you could just get past that and let go, what a ride you could have.

I was so nervous about my first experience I cancelled the appointment.   I want to make sure I have a good first experience so if the jitters are too bad there's no way it's going to be fun.  Hopefully I'll get through this and get rolling.
