Bad mullets
Bad perms
High bangs
Loud shirts
Giant snaggle bush

...and that was the men!

WTF were we thinking. I see people on here wanting to go back to the good ole days. I am not a young guy, so I have just one question. Why? I see old scenes from the 70's 80's 90's and I ask, what was so great about it? We lived though it already.

Just my .02 but please tell me why I am wrong.

I watch Mad Men and people dressed so well..Both the ladies and men. I guess it just went downhill from there.

I don't think Don Draper would have appreciated the 70s, 80s, or the 90s.  Thank God the show is coming to an end right before they hit the 70s.

I guess you guys weren't thinking much, were you?  :D

Nothing wrong with that, though my preference is for the contemporary, not the nostalgic.

Yeah... Hairstyles and clothes were a joke looking back in that era...

But everything back then was not so damn PC.

There is a little resurgence going on with attitudes about sex.. and styles are better today. (Or at least we think... something tells me people will be laughing at us in 20 years.)

I'll be in Vegas during AVN this year... once again. Been going off and on since the 90's and it's SO MUCH better today then back then.

90's was loaded with skanks during AVN... nowadays it's loaded with HOTTIES!

Geez... last year the hotties were just amazing and no different then the hotties you'd find at a good club...

Can't say that for the the first one I went to back in the 90's.

At one point I want to own this biatch....

What a sexy little biatch....

They just don't make this shit anymore. As the OLD MAN from Pawn Stars would say. Today's cars have no character..

I think back to my first "Real Girlfriend"...Her hair was aqua-netted 6 inches in the air...eye shadow like...well like a hooker (lol) Shoulder pads in at all times, wore those stupid jelly shoes (her feet were fucking rank coming out of those.

We went skinny dipping in her parents pool. When we got out we were lying in the sun...as her bush started to dry, it was like pop-n-fresh dough. I shit you not, it was at least 2 inches tall. Took me a year to get a BJ out of her...

Mid 80's gave us...
Warrant
Poison
and Firehouse...

We also had
TJ Hooker
Simon and Simon
Jake and the Fat Man...

Pegged pants
Skinny ties
Hair Gel and Mousse
Muscle pants

And hundreds of other dreadful things I cant think of...Thank God its over.

I'm a Mopar man.  Care to post a pic?

My cousin had a Hemi-powered Charger.  Not the General Lee.  I think his was a 1966.  Never got to drive it, but he took it to a local drag strip and I rode along.

Scary as hell but fun.
